  • DEFINATELY DON'T JUST WANT NUTRITION KNOW ALLS! :rotfl:What I meant by that is people who know more than me!

Yeah I probably should be having more greens shouldn't I? I do make sure I get my 5 a day! I think I'll get some frozen spinach and throw it in with my spag bol.

I drink about two cups of tea a day, then just water from a tap.

I have a bar of chocolate maybe once a fortnight - so, that's how often I have sweet treats :o I also don't eat crisps or salty snacks simply because I don't like them!

I do use recipe sites but I loathe cooking for one person.

I have also never managed to make a tomato sauce out of tinned tomatoes cheaper than I can buy it! Basics chopped tomatoes are 33p and needs other stuff adding to it and a bit more work, and a jar of sauce is 36p.
    Two thumbs fresh!:money:

    Hi

I am in need to start dieting again (or healthy eating habit as I prefer to think of it) and have quite a lot to lose! :o

I am having difficulty in deciding which 'club' to join. I have previously used ediets and Rosemary Conley (RC with some success) but am now looking at either Slimmin World or Weight Watchers. Initialy I think I will be doing it online then as my confidence grows I may join a group. I went to a RC group once which put me off trying again :(

I really dont know which one is right for me as I know both are popular. I wondered if anyone has been through the same or similar decision or maybe advise?

    Many thanks for help :)

im doing sw at the mo and think its very good - easy to stick to flexiblewith families caters for ppl with rather large appetites and is a way of eating rather than a diet - having also done ww many years ago i dont think thats sustainable for life but really do think sw could be

    Oh my...maz is out.....AGAIN. :p:rotfl:Some things just don't change. :D

(Nor does my jealous streak. ;))

Hi crispy....welcome to the gang. :D Slimming World has a few followers around these parts, not tried it myself but could be tempted soon. (Well, when I say soon....I really mean in a month or so. :D) People do seem to quite like that particular way of eating. I've done WW a while back but wasn't too impressed tbh. Good luck with whichever one you choose.

Well I have a living room of sorts again now. I've had to move 3 wall units (nowt posh lol...Ikea Billy bookcases with glass doors :D) into the living room for the time being, so the space for the chairs has shrunk considerably. We almost have to touch each other.:D

Beds can also be seen now and bedding is in the tumble dryer as I type...plaster dust gets everywhere.

Just having a cheeky wee pear cider whilst I wait for my fish pie to heat up in the oven. :rotfl:

You all hate me don't you? :rotfl:I eat and I dont care.:D (Right now at least.;))
