Lol Maz, it's like the first few weeks at school when you're adjusting to the new hours and you're knackered all the time. Usually by the October hols it settles. ;)

    I'm back :D
Only because the noisy f*ckrs (young kids) next door were like rampaging hooligans at 11pm !!!!!! (theyre still noisy now!!!)

Had a really hard day, should be four in but was just me and the manager and we took record orders, over double the norm so not stopped all day.

Thanks to donquine for her tips on a food diary, i was using fitday for that as you do tend to forget what get shoved in your cakehole, but not bothered with it for ages.

Alias, you've had me laughing at your mad antics again :rotfl:
Love bucky btw, i want one!!

Sorry jasmine, i'm not scottish so cant help.

Had a bit of good luck today while chatting to a customer about Spain, said i wanted a nice quiet holiday in a villa, just the pool and a book would suit me i said, dont even want to go out clubbing, a few glasses of wine wiith my friend i said, so she offfered me her villa (i didnt know she had one btw) at a cheap rate, said she only rents to people she knows who are 'tidy' << hehe typical welsh eh, that dont get steaming drunk :D
    Thats me.. tidy like :D
Said the same peeps go back every year.
So gonna google street the area and see if its a possibility :)
    Chuffed.

btw, laugh at SD getting stroppy, hope he gets what he deserves.
  • Morning :hello:

It's my first weigh-in at SW tomorrow & I'm still imminent totm so feeling bloated & heavy :( and in a bad mood :o Not a good time to get weighed.

Had a bit of drama earlier, we had a baby rabbit in the back garden & the stray cat we look after was trying to get it  Poor thing was squealing with fright :( Brought the moggy in & the rabbit disappeared into the bushes, not sure if there's a way out for it (I think the cat may have brought it in in the first place) so will check later when things have calmed down. Have threatened the cat with re-homing

Right, off to make a coffee, happy Sunday everyone

    Morning peeps

lovely and sunny here this morning, i shall be out cutting the hedge and the grass shortly. Feel lots better this morning - managed a good six hours sleep. Tum seems to have settled down but is rather noisy

I ate three slices of pizza last night and it may be the stodge thats settled my tum. Not going to have anything to eat until later and then i shall have eggs and mushrooms. Dinner will be cheese and salami and to take to work in my tub will be brisket and some veg, probably cauliflower and cabbage as i know that these are in the fridge.

Need to strain the juice off the plums and add the sugar for the latest batch of wine so i`ll do that before i go outside i think, maybe a bit early for the lawnmower. Didn`t realise the time!

Aw Sweet - hope that poor rabbit is ok

Mazzers - Hope you managed to get some sleep once things quietened down

Alias - Swap you a seagull for a wood pigeon, we seem to have loads of these this year.

Catch you all later, have a smashing Sunday peeps.

    SD
Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

Swap Bucky?! Hush your mouth woman! :D

Today is going to be a crap day. OH was on the couch all night last night and got no sleep (I was snoring very loudly apparently :o...in my defence I'm a bit blocked up at the moment. :D) so he's away back to bed now which means I can't do much that makes noise.

I need to rip out door frames for the joiner coming tomorrow so unless I whisper nicely to the nails and ask them to just pop out on their own....I have no idea how I'm going to to do it. :rotfl:

Ooh, hope it works out. That sounds like my idea of a holiday!;)

Sometimes I feel heavy and fat, but I've actually lost weight. Trick is to stand tall rather slumping over the scales in misery as it distributes your weight better and you get a more accurate reading, which isn't always bad news. And if it is, try not to stress - we all have ups as well as downs. Keep the good work up and the scales will eventually have to play nice. :)

Glad you're feeling better. I've been on some meds recently with horrible side effects, so I can sympathise. I find that when I'm ill, I crave certain foods (sometimes it's veg, which is most unusul for me!) so I go with that, as my body knows what it needs to recover/what it can manage. Never fret about the diet (or woe!;)) when you're poorly.

Other way round here. My OH was the one snoring and is still tucked up in bed, snoring happily. I swear, that man could snore for England. :p

    Morning all.

Got my beef in roasting, not cooked a proper dinner on a sunday for weeks, i thought that being hot and sweaty over the stove would bring back the sun.. but it hasn't worked :(

Weighed this morning and still the same, not put any on even with eating chips in work every day last week :o and choc at home every night :o:o
(i almost never eat chips, but do like a daily choccy bar )

So... if i could only cut out the crap, i might just see some results, a woman on our table has lost a stone purely from eating more 'healthily', i've never been so hopeless at cutting down, maybe i just dont care as much *shrugs*

Didn't have the address in spain, just her home address so couldnt google unfortunately.
I have a friend with a place in Lo Crispin that i could rent, googled that and is really out of the way, but i dont fancy driving in spain.

When you see what peeps (SD) have to eat on lc it doesn't look like much, i'm wondering now if it's counter productive coz i was the same, hardly ate, hmmmm
