Hann, i feel like that on low carb, some peeps say it gives them more energy, never does with me tho, i got used to it last time and lost a stone (it looked like i'd lost more than that, went down two dress sizes ) so def worth persevering.

A carby brekkie and lc for the rest of the day has worked for others too, it's about finding what works for you what you can stick to.

I've tried everything so far, next stop is jaw wiring ;)

Hi folks, is a wet 'n' windy blustery day.

Makes a nice change actually ;)

Maybe i'll actually get some cleaning and ironing done now.

Those Aldi crackers are a boon, if i have two spread with something nice i'm quite happy :)
and you can have 9-10 for the equivalent to one slice of bread.

Scared to weigh incase it's not working for me, feel slimmer though.
Totm in a week and my boobs are sore so prob not a good idea to weigh just yet.

Morning all. Was sunny here first thing but is getting dull now. Getting fed up of this weather, all we've seen is cloud and rain for days now. :(

Don't anyone quote the spammer btw, just click on the abuse triangle and report.

My eating is out of control again, I just can't multi task. If I could focus on just my eating I think I'd do better but I 've got so much to worry about and sort out at the mo' that it's just not working. I used to be able to multi task. :( I is old now.

    Oh well. :D

Hanno, I can totally sympathise as I've felt like that this time as well. Taking supplements has definitely helped though, do you take any??

    Morning :hello:

I'm feeling 'liquid' stuffed after having a protein shake, coffee & a glass of water. Also had 2 Aldi crackers & cheese  I need some sustenance to keep me going for my trek to the shops today :(

    Food for today:
B - fresh strawberry protein shake, 2 Aldi crackers & cheese
L - egg mayo, garlic sausage, maybe 2 more Aldi crackers & cheese?? :o
D - maybe BBQ'd tuna steak & some veg?? Depends on weather as to whether the tuna is BBQ'd, might have to be fried??

Right, off to have my shower

    Morning peeps

didn`t think that i was going to be able to get on here this morning, the page took over 5 mins to load

Well i`m a bit peed off to say the least, i got weighed this morning and i`ve put 3lb on according to the scales  i`m hoping thats just a glitch. I ate a few too many salted cashews yesterday and drank lots of water but thats all. I`m wondering if i`m eating enough IYKWIM.

Hope that it vanishes as quickly as its appeared, i was going to start introducing a few more carbs this coming week but not sure whether or not i should do this now. I was looking forward to some leafy greens and salad *scratches chin*

Might just do it anyway and see what happens.

Weather here is alternating between dull and sunny but its very blustery too, the washing should be dry in an hour. Just had two sausages for brekkie, can`t be bothered with anything else tbh, i`m still tired and i may just have a nap before i get started on all my little jobs. Good job that its my day off really.

The woofaloes are walked :D glad that made you all smile, they get called allsorts of things and peeps just think i`m mad :D the little black cat is in the chair next to me and i should be on my way to post a parcel but i`m not :D think i`m going to have ten mins looking at what i`m not going to do in the garden and then snooze for an hour.

Alias - Bet that you love the cottage, methinks it will be just what you need :D

Have good days peeps, no doubt i`ll be back later.

Lol nope, you will love it :D

I love the carp being talked so ner :p

Well i`ve had a nap - all 30 mins of it before the postie arrived and i had to get up to stop the youngest houndie ripping the cage off the door *rolls eyes* think she will always be like this.

I`ve no energy at all and feel carp :o honestly it was an effort just to bring the washing in before it rains.

I`m going to force myself out of the house shortly and fill the car with petrol and take my work stuff to the cleaners (if i can find the cleaning tokens).

I had lots of plans today but the house is still a tip and i know that nowt is gonna get done. Might treat myself to a huge ice cream or something naughty :D I was also going to buy bits and bats for the diet and blow the budget but the way i feel now i think that i won`t bother and just try sw red and green days for a while :o there is actually lots of food in here that would let me do just that without buying anything else. When i go back to work on Friday i think that i`ll make a start on the protein shake tub thats lurking in the cupboard.

Wish i could shake this off!

I've bought a dress for the party. It's a 'not perfect, but it'll have to do cos I'm running out of time' kinda dress :o It doesn't fit fantastically well, bit baggy around the bust & belly but it fits around the hips so I can't go for a smaller size :( I'm a bit worried peeps I don't know ask me when I'm due

So I need some advice :o I've already got some [STRIKE]big knickers[/STRIKE] control pants that I bought the other week (I knew I would need them) but they're black & the dress is a teensy bit see-through & I don't want peeps knowing I've got them on!! Can you imagine the shame!! :rotfl: I could maybe buy some that are 'nude' coloured or my other thinking is to see if I can find a 'nude' basque/body type thing to hold everything in/up where it should be?? I'm hoping either of these options will suck me in so I don't look 6 months gone :o Or another options is to maybe just take the bl00dy dress back & keep looking for something else?? :(

What about a big thick belt to go with the dress that would draw their eyes to the belt and not your kecks :T

    Afternoon gang,

well i`m back from the shops, i did post the parcel and i did find the tokens for the cleaners so that two things outta the way.

Went to Morrisons for the Yorkshire teabags offer and we now have enough teabags to last for the next 7 or 8 months :D

I ended up buying more lc food in the end, i just couldn`t bring myself to buy anything else which is a good sign, just wish that i would stop hankering after scrambled eggs on toast :o

I`m nibbling away at brisket slices so it looks like i shall stay lc for a bit longer, i got some lovely free range chicken legs and i think that i shall cook some of them in the remoska, i fancy making a chicken chasseur type thingy but without the packet mix so i shall google the herbs and spices to find out what i need to add. I`ll put the carrots and onions in but only eat a tiny amount. No buttered jacket spud though, i shall be good and have cauliflower with it :D

Sweet - i`ve no idea what to suggest for the dress/knickers situation sorry :o the last time that i wore a dress i was at school :rotfl: these days i`m all jeans and t-shirts, i like big long baggy tops to hide under. Gawd knows what i`ll wear on holiday - might just go for the "no one will ever see me again attitude" and rip the legs off a pair of jeans and wear them all week :D

I need to get my positive head back on, feel better than this morning but not quite "me" IYKWIM.
