Hanno, I can totally sympathise as I've felt like that this time as well. Taking supplements has definitely helped though, do you take any??

I've got some.. gathered a few different ones: multivits., cod liver oil, evening primrose, St. John's Wort, Calc. & Vit. D, Omega 3, Ginseng......... It was getting silly, so I stopped taking them a few months back. I did 'scoff' a load the other day when I was teetering on the brink of giving in.. probably didn't give it time to help though..

It's annoying, because I was finding it so easy.. I wasn't craving bread/toast, sausage rolls, crisps at all. I was quite happy with protein/salad... Just couldn't function properly, and it stuck me as being potentially dangerous. Driving, etc.. I was ratty, weepy, ugh.. took it too far perhaps.. or just did it wrong <shrug>

I've got a little problem which this has caused to flare up again too, which I'm just concentrating on dealing with atm. Due to constipation!

I've just had a bowl of museli (sweetened and unsweetened mixed) and a cup of decaf. tea. I'm in a bit of a 'limbo' stage now..

    Have a good day!

    :)

    Morning peeps

been on the scales this morning and two of those extra three pounds have gone again so now i need to get rid of the more stubborn one again :D

Cloudy here but no rain forecast as of yet ( i`ll believe it when i see it) i shall walk the monsters before pegging out the washing though.

Just got DH`s tea on atm, i find it useful to get it out of the way when i`m off and then he can reheat it later when he gets home. He will be having beef and onion pie, jackets, carrots, broccolli, cauli and onion gravy.

I`m having ? :D nope i think that i shall be having the chicken chasseur that i was going to make yesterday. I shall look up the spices later.

Brekkie will be sausages and scramblies, not sure whether theres any mushrooms left and the bacon is still half frozen.

Dinner will be something like cheese & salami or chicken wings.

Plans today are to put up the light fitting in the kitchen, the bulb hanging from the wire is doing my head in. I really need two pairs of hands for this as the new fitting is so long but i shall have a go.

Need to pick some fruit and veg from the garden and tidy a few things up and iron some work blouses  hate ironing :D

The house in general needs a good clean/tidy so i`m not detting myself any goals, i`ll just see how it goes :D

    Daisy- Well done :j

Hannoja - Hope that everything gets sorted soon!

    Have great days peeps :D

I need my jaw wired shut :(
We had a mini buffet gathering at our house the weekend and after that and buying in extra food I've feel the need to hoover it all up :o
I am eating for England - oh well at least that way we'll win at something ;)
Need to get my head into gear. Again. Goodness I am so sick of getting up in the morning saying to myself I am going to make a change today and then not sticking to it. I am such a lazy bum clearly :o

It's your age you daft bint! :p :rotfl:

You know where I am ;)

Hope it goes well at the Docs.

I had a 'feeling' this morning. I get snapshots of things in my mind sometimes, usually set off by a smell. For some reason, I remembered how I felt when I was about 12 and I had a white t-shirt, jeans and a turquoise nylon bomber jacket with white stripes down the arms. Sounds chavvy now but in those days it was the height of fashion. (No, trust me, it was :D) I was a size 8 but had a pretty developed figure and I looked about 16 at least. I was also very mature for my age and got on better with the 16 year olds rather than my own age group. In short, I felt good, life was good, even although I was only a kid. I don't remember feeling as good any time after that, even although I obviously had things that brought me joy in later life.

I know I'm never gonna be 12 again and I'll never feel the same carefree feelings I had then (family and house committments will see to that, lol) but I'd love to just feel a little of that again now. I never will whilst I'm fat. So !!!!!! is stopping me from eating less?!
