Hello :hello:
alias, that's brilliant news :j What a relief!!
I woke up feeling carp again this morning so have been to H&B & spent nearly £30 on vitamins & crispbreads!! They'd better make a bl00dy difference (the vitamins that is) for that kinda money!! Btw, the crispbread packaging has changed & I noticed it doesn't say low-carb anymore, it's seems to be promoting Slimming World even more than it was before. Just an observation
Food for today:
pre-B - raspberry protein shake
B/L - 3 pork steaks, 2 egg cheese omelette
D - HM fishpie or M&S chicken ready meal if I cba to make the fishpie
I decided to buy the 3 different sets of fish instead of the fishpie mix, it was a bit expensive but I always find there's loads of salmon in the mix & not much of anything else so thought I'd splash out. I'm hoping I'm going to get 3 or 4 pies out of it though, so could actually work out cheaper than getting the mix??
I made the blue cheese dressing from IPD to go with the leftover salad yesterday, nah, tis not for me, had to force it down _pale_ I do really want to eat more leafy greens but don't want to feel sick afterwards!! :rotfl: I have got a savoy cabbage so I'll have some of that tonight & possibly have it as bubble & squeak (using cauli mash) tomorrow as well.
Sorry I sound so negative today, just wish I felt betterDidn't help that hubby put a tea-bag in with my cup of coffee this morning!! I hate the smell & taste of tea with a vengeance, so I was not a happy bunny, infact I was a very sick bunny!! _pale_
Think I'll go & have a lie down, I feel really tired today :wave:0 -

Did you all go to a party last night that `i wasn't invited to? Suddenly went very quiet on here!0

Morning everyone
woke up this morning on the sofa, just lying there with my arms folded, exactly where i sat down last night when i got in from work  i knew that i was tired but i can`t remember falling asleep lol.
Got weighed this morning and the pound that i put back on is still there, i cheated yesterday though and had a glass of wine so thats going to be why. I think that i`ve reached the stage where although the scales arn`t moving i can feel that my body is changing as all my clothes feel looser.
There is only one egg left in the fridgeDH stole my eggs to make fishing bait and hasn`t replaced them, he`s been duly shouted at and i have to have one egg with my bacon etc for breakfast. He`s also been told that we were having omelette for tea tonight so that means i haven`t got to cook now and he will have no tea
:D (we were having something else but its the only way to make him learn)
Sweet - Hope that you are feeling better this morning
I`m off down the garden to water the plants.
Have a good one folks
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -

I hate the smell and taste of coffee with a vengeance.Nasty nasty stuff.
I'm with you on the tired front, I'm washed out today. I think it's a combination of the recent stress and not sleeping because of it, and the fact I'm eating so much crap again.
I weighed myself today.9lbs on in total. So I think today will be the day I start to try to make the effort again before all the rest goes back on too. Need to go shopping though and that's a pita.
Spent all day yesterday looking for somewhere to stay, there's just nothing available. We need to stay localish because OH will still be at work (his holidays have ended up being the exact time the repairs cant be done because of their holidays iyswim). No idea what we're going to do now but will keep looking, maybe a cancellation will come up.
Lol @ Sunny and yeuch @ Eric.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Morning :hello:
Still feeling tired & lethargic this morning, honestly it's an effort to walk up the stairsThought I would be ok by now, not because of starting on the vitamins yesterday, but because I'm well into lcing (day 13), shouldn't I be bouncing by now?!
Talking of vitaminsGoodness me those Vitamin B Complex get through your system quickly - I had luminous, glow-in-the-dark wee within an hour of taking it yesterday!!
:rotfl:
I've had a peanut butter protein shake so far, will post my daily food later though as I [STRIKE]want[/STRIKE] need to go to Aldi & buy a few things. Likely to be fishpie tonight as it was the cba M&S chicken for dinner last night
Hope everyone doing ok :wave:0 -
I'm hoping to be start back today, having a coffee atm but will have a shake in a mo.
Will try the peanut butter one, sounds lush, i liked the raspberry one
Going shopping with a friend so hope i dont cave, will take a pepperami or summat with me.
Sweet, lc always makes me tired, i never get energised while on it, and if i have a day off i go like Billy Whizz.
Can sympathise with being too lethargic to climb the stairs, everytime i go lc i wish i had a downstairs loo!0 -
Morning all. It's my weigh in tonight. Had a really weird week - lost no weight at all between Thursday and Tuesday, and then have lost a pound a day since then. It was my AF week so maybe that explains it.
I was feeling a bit despondent this morning, as although I'm only six pounds from my goal weight now I don't look how I thought I would. I still have a flabby belly and big hips, which I thought would really have sorted themselves out. I can't really afford to stay on the diet much longer but it's made me realise that being at the 'top end' of normal BMI isn't enough for me, I need to be about a stone less, so in the middle of normal. I'm still thrilled to have got as far as I have, but it's a sobering thought.
Sunny - can't believe you just slept through all night! That's serious tiredness...0 -
I kept popping in and out to see if anyone was here but didnt post too.
I was at the pub  Didn't stay out late (had 2 glasses of wine) but sat in the garden when we came home, twas lovely & cool after sitting in a stuffy pub. Will try the peanut butter one, sounds lush, i liked the raspberry one
I do prefer the raspberry one. The PB one tasted a bit sweet today, I used a dessertspoon of the organic whole earth smooth PB, think I preferred the other make actually, even it did have nutty bits in it

What my late BIL would have called 'child-bearing hips'

When I went on the wii fit yesterday it told me my ideal BMI was 22 & that I should aim to be 9 stone 11lbs  I was aiming for 11 stone & thought that was being generousI was about 11 stone nearly 5 years ago (for my 40th) & I thought I looked ok at that weight.
Well done on the lbs off btw :j
