    Excellent! Well done alona! :)

Well today Matthew, I am going to be Head Gardener and shed shifter. I've come to the conclusion that we just dont have the money to sort the garden out properly this year (again!) so it's sticking plaster time. If I shift the shed and trampoline, I'll have a sunny bit left over for sitting in, so I'm going to bite the bullet and just do it as they say. :D Should work off a few cals if nothing else.
Herman - MP for all! :)

Well done alona, but be careful though, you should only aim to lose 2lb a week at most as crash dieting won't work, the minute you eat again you will put it all back on and more.

How far have you got to go to reach your target.

    I have no energy either:(
I don't know if it's the diet, my meds or the heat or the fact that I am up at 6.30am every morning with the dogs:mad:

I hate working full time when dieting!! I need rest.:(

By the time I got home....I probably looked like sweet. :rotfl:

    Cheeky!! :p:rotfl:

    Morning :hello:

Dammit, missed the second part of the report on Redcar this morning :( I slept through the alarm as I was sooooo tired. I think it's probably the low-carb WOE kicking in, my legs feel a bit tired & I'm definitely headachey today. Oh well, hopefully perk up soon.

Welcome to buzzy, good luck with your diet/WOE :D

    Menu for today:
    pre-B - raspberry protein shake
    B - cheese & mushroom omelette
    L - 2 lc crackers with butter & cheese/HM coleslaw/HM soup
D - hopefully mazzers' butter chicken with alias' fried grated cauli & green beans

mazzers, do you use fresh ginger in the butter chicken?? Aldi didn't have any & I forgot to look in Tesco yesterday. I bought ground ginger from Aldi, do you think that'll be ok??

alias, how do you do your fried grated cauli?? Do you fry it in oil or butter?? Any spices/seasoning??

    Hope everyone doing ok

Great results alona, have you been really strict ?

I dont do induction anymore, far too strict and is harder to stick to for me then.
I will lose more slowly but at least i'll stick to it!

The 2lb (fluid prob) i lost is back, but it's not been a week yet.. i think? and i do tend to fluctuate due to fluid retention.

    Well done, keep it up.

Sweet, i used fresh ginger, but also made it without any, cant say it made a lot of difference, dried should be fine :)

Its so lush, you'll be wanting it all the time.
