Bitsy i dont like shellfish either.

If your only limiting carbs, i think it's harder as anything over 50g ( i think) keeps cravings going, if you cut them down lower you dont get cravings, honest.

i avg 140g of carbs and have zero cravings, infact near zero hunger :D

i dont eat any refined carbs, well maybe porridge once a month

Phew its mighty warm and i`ve had enough now, will go back out later when its a bit cooler methinks.

Just had a huge chicken drumstick and now i`m scoffing salami and chunks of cheese.:D I`ve not really felt hungry today so long may it last.

For anyone who loves chicken in M&S the big packs of cooked drumsticks are on offer atm at 2 packs for £6 which is fab as they are absolutely mahoosive

Can`t be bothered to do the housework due to the heat so i`m off for a nap for an hour and then i`ll start in the kitchen.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p

When i said i didnt want to whinge.... i was lying :D

I'm curently trussed up like a bloody turkey at xmas.

This 24hr BP monitor is horrible.
I've got it squeezing my arm every half hour, and it'll be going all night too, also got the leads taped to me and it's sticky and irritating :( and the battery pack is stuck to my hip, how i'm gonna sleep i dont know.

I'm also fed up as i thought i'd put on a long loose dress, but the two i've got are long, but not loose anymore
Have had to wear a loose t-shirt nightie instead.

Stop bloody moaning. You're better off than some, some people don't even have arms to put the monitor on. See how lucky you are? :rotfl:

:D I can understand how uncomfy it must be, I suppose getting drunk in order to forget about it is a no-no? :D

    :rotfl::rotfl:

I though about getting drunk but it raises my BP and makes my heart go like the clappers :rotfl:

At least i have an excuse to slob about watching Denzel Washington
being tough and sexy in his new film.. yum yum

In my defence tho, the nurse said be warned its horrible, some of the men she's dealt with has removed it during the night as it's so uncomfy... pansies!

I'd much rather suffer and moan about it tomorrow :)
