I think my pc may be evil, or possessed or something. It seems to have the ability to transfer things.

Like the weight you lot are losing. Daisy's half stone is officially in my house this morning......on me. How else could it have got here? :undecided

    Well done btw Daisy. :)

Lol, made me laugh as well

    Morning all :hello:

Feeling tired again this morning *yawns* I'm not sleeping very well, keep waking up during the night, so feel like a zombie today. I think it's a combination of the sticky hot weather we've been having, lcing & imminent totm :( It's a little bit cooler this morning so I'm going to see if I can have a walk along the seafront later, it's so stuffy in my house, I feel like I can't breathe!! God, I'm such a drama queen!! :o:rotfl:

I got weighed this morning as I was a bit worried that 15g carbs for my dins last night was too much, but all is good, I'm the same as I was yesterday *phew*

I'm wondering whether I should be posting my daily menus on here?? I keep forgetting that this isn't the low-carb thread :o I won't post it just now anyway, cos I haven't decided what I'm having for dinner as I still haven't done my meal-plan!!

Right, time to move my aris!! Hope everyone doing ok today

Cant wait til 12 to get this damn thing off, it's hot and sweaty on my arm, and it was squeezing away all bloody night, and where it squeezes << is that a word? there is a ridge of fabric inside and it's rubbed me raw, and coz my BP is high it goes so tight sometimes my hand goes red and pins and needley.

Don't be daft. Anyway this thread is for ANY changes in eating habits, it's not just about low carb. Some peeps here are following Slimming World plans for example.

You can still post about how many carrots you're cutting down to, if it helps any. :D

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I LOVE carrots, more so when they are raw :D This is one item of food I couldn't give up, I think in some ways I like them more than chocolate

    Morning Guys,

Did well yesterday until I drank a bottle of wine watching the footy but then I spent an hour and half on the bike last night to burn it off. I actually weighed lighter this morning than what I did yesterday! Haha. Feeling a bit fuzzy this morning but I am tired so hopefully this will pass. Payday Weds too, so hoping to pay my parents surprise holiday off to get that off my mind. Then just my car to pay off, only £1300 which I should do in a couple of months :-)

Also doing a stand on Sunday at an agricultural show selling dog t-shirts, so hopefully will roll in a few quid there if its a nice day. Then I need to bulk sell the rest of the stock to someone who has the time to sell it or list it on eBay.

Lol, lots on my mind today...

    Morning peeps

another scorcher of a day here again today, just been out with the dawgies and its glorious - too hot already though, i feel like doing nothing all day but need to do quite a few bits and pieces.

Jumped on the scales as soon as i was awake, another pound has slipped away :j though that i`d STS or gain actualy as i ate half a bar of choccy last night :o

I went out hunting for G&B`s choccy but the locals shops only do the milk version but in the co-op i found their own brand fairtrade 85% cocoa and its lovely, only 17.1g carb for the whole 100g bar so i only ate half of that and still lost YAY!

Today will be much the same food as before, just eaten brekkie of bacon, sausage, scramblies and mushrooms.

For dinner i have cheese and salami and for tea there is a fridgeful of chicken that i cooked last night. I put lots of different spices on them to make a change as i`m a bit fed up with it now.

The haddock never happened for tea last night cos i was too knackered to mess about with it and there was cooked chicken to hand so didn`t have to faff.

One thing that i have to say is that i never get fed up with a cooked brekkie - quite the opposite i look forward to it. If i didn`t set myself up for the day with this then i would probably fail miserably as it makes such a huge difference - this coming from one who skips breakfast a lot when not lcing.

Mazzers - glad that you got through the night without too much trouble, it`ll soon be off!

    Daisy - Well done :D

Bitsy - I have carrots that are almost ready in the garden, i`m going to leave them there as long as possible and then after induction i`m going to allow myself one bite per day :D they taste too good when they are home grown - like proper carrots when i was growing up IYKWIM

Sweet - Post away with your menus, i love to [STRIKE]nosey[/STRIKE] see what everyone is eating and it gives me ideas too :D

Offski for a browse, have a good day everyone.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
