Dont get me started with morrisons...

The CEO of morrisons will be waking up in the morning with the following letter:

I am writing to complain about 2 incidents which have both happened at two of your stores.

The first incident happened roughly in march 2009. My wife myself and our daughter were shopping at the X store, when we were walking down the home isle. Mrs mee was 9 months pregnant, when she fell over multiple see through bead which was placed on the floor. She fell and done the splits. My wife was in so much pain after this incident that she went to see her doctor who confirmed that she had done some damage to her pelvis and was virtually unable to walk. Mrs Mee... was wheeled out of the store because she was in so much pain by a member of staff in a wheelchair. I feel that this incident could have been prevented easily as i overheard staff members mentioning that “someone has fallen over, maybe someone could have cleared the beads earlier”.

The second incident happened at the X store about 2 months ago. We were queuing to be served by a member of staff when we were asked to remove our stuff because the till next was not so busy. At this point the 2 tills were serving one customer each. The problem there was that we placed our goods on the till then got told to move to another till rudely. We then moved to another till when I decided that we did not want a joint of pork when the person on the till said “can you not afford it?” in front of other customers.

I am not a happy customer and I have vowed never to shop in Morrisons again. These incidents are just not acceptable.

Whilst both incidents aren't good enough I am curious to why it took you so long to write and complain?

I haven't shopped at Morrisons for years as we don't have one nearby, but am horrified by your posts.

I bet Richard Hammond doesn't get treated in this way?

Whilst he probably shouldn't have said it like that you should have more control over your kid if they are shouting, it is not nice for other customers who want an enjoyable experience

My 'kid' is 23 months old. What am i supposed to do? Gag him? toddlers shout because they are unable to put their thoughts/feelings into words and they get frustrated. Most people understand that and understand that there is very little you can do to 'control' them.

even so its still unfair for other customers to be subjected to the noise....maybe not take him shopping with you, you'd get it done quicker as a side bonus
