morrisons is a elderly care home that just happens to sell food (crappy food at that)

My local Morrisons is a breeding ground for chavs. The men wear more jewellery than the women, and the women have more tattoo's than the men.

Sounds like my local Morrisons! I was in there today and used the self service checkouts which have just been installed, I asked the assistant if they gave cashback (like Asda's do) and she said 'don't be stupid, there not cash machines!'

I couldn't believe what she said to me, I complained on the way out and customer services told me they would speak to the lady about her attitude. I hate Morrisons and don't plan on shopping there again anytime soon!!

The ones in my local Morrisons do cashback now, so it was even less of a stupid question.

  • Morrisons can be ok; been to the one in Rhyl and it was actually quite good. It looks crap inside though and I much prefer Tesco etc. Also been to the Hammersmith (London), Speke and Glastonbury branches and had no problems. I have heard though that they treat their staf badly so that probably explains the attitude.
