Saturdays are the best, no Friday night tiredness and no Sunday night back to work soon feeling either...........best day of the week.:D

OH has suggested that we go out for a meal tonight.........why bloody not I say:beer:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • might even be so lazy as to have a little nap!

I've been reading and doing 10 minute bursts of housework. It's amazing what you can get done in ten minutes!

If Z or anyone technical is about I've got a couple of questions...

How do I find out what the little icons in the right hand corner next to the clock are and stop them running automatically?

How do I find and get rid of lots of files - ex used to download a lot of !!!!!!, and the computer's slow and giving low memory warnings so I thought that might be a good place to start for stuff to get rid of.

Anything else I can do to speed and clean it up?

Thank you, lots of virtual alcohol and biscuits to anyone who can help me!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I have to admit to liking Friday nights though. The beer seems to taste better when you've just finished work, and feel like you've earned it.

Exactly, Go out while you can, me and hubby only get to go out by ourselves twice, maybe 3 times a year :(
I got stuff from M&S so we can have a pizza night in whilst watching You've Been Maimed, Harry Hill and The X Factor. - except I'll be having curry :)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

The boys have just eaten a pot noodle and a box of microchips each for their dinner..................terrible neglectful mother that I am:rotfl:

I got a voucher for free 4 x boxes of microchips through the post, I wouldnt dream of buying them, you only get about 6 in the box.
