i liked the acknowledgement of the oldstylers by martin. made it feel quite personal.
it would be good to have a one off programme every couple of months. just tell me where and when and i will get booked in to have me `air done....lol.
but couldn`t beleive the family used to spend £250 on their weekly shop..... i wouldn`t have any room to store that amount of food......lol

I used to like an afternoon programme called 'Houseparty' (1970's) with Ann Ladbury and Muriel somebody (the journalist with dark hair
) - that was full of sewing tips, cookery etc.
I can remember watching this whilst at my nan's - wasn't there a nun who used to drop in too? The doorbell would go and there would be another 'guest' at the door.
