I am an ebay seller actually. Every year I buy toys from the top 10 list to sell on ebay 2 weeks before christmas in the hope of profiteering from it.
I do this every year and know i am not single handedly responsible for shortages.
I also go for auctions all starting at 99p, I let the buyers dictate the price.
Throughout the year, I also sell on ebay, usually things from the grabbit boards and hduk and some other private forums which tell you about misprices.
I do this because its the only way I could think of to work from home and be a stay at home mum. Im not rich but earn enough to raise my own children by myself. Regardless of whatever anyone things of sellers my reasoning totally justifies it to me. There is nothing and no one as important as my children and im not having them brought up by strangers.
I really do hope you all find whatever pieces you want, but I also think its all fair game with a bit of luck.
Ever thought about a job? Show your children what life is about? You must have some money to go out and buy these toys! Don't lay a sob story it's so so tedious. No-one should be selling these toys on eBay. Innocent parents have enough on their plates as it is without idiots using inflated profits instead of getting a job.0 -

OMG, OMG, OMG!!! I got a ball!!!!
Tesco Extra, Seacroft Leeds had 1 ball, 1 surfboard and 1 skateboard at 8:30 this morning. Left the other two sets for someone who needs them.
Can relax now, it was only a ball and num-nums that my DD wants.

Please quit the b i t c hing. It is ruining this board. If the woman you are commenting on chooses to stay at home and raise her kids then that is HER choice. I admit that the prices on ebay are annoying and frustrating at best but it is the buyers that keep bidding on them. If we all took a stand and hadn't bid on any of them over the last few weeks then they would have had to bring the prices down. BUT I will admit that even i have bought off them over the last few weeks because it was the easiest way for me to secure a few bits of this Go Go range and give me some time to find other bits at the RRP after.
I know your comment is your opinion and you are entitled to - that i do believe in - but lets just ignore any posts that rile us and concentrate on the job in hand - helping each other find some stock whilst forgetting about ebay unless that is the route we choose to go.

You mean like an overpaid high level Civil Servant? Or maybe a much admired Traffic Warden? A Debt Collector? A Personally Injuries Company? A Cold Caller salesperson? Personally I'd rather do what she does, and have more admiration for her than those in many other 'jobs', of which the list in endless!!Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0
