Aw fishface, sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you're feeling ok. We were the victims of roadrage last week after a near miss in the car. I can't believe people get so worked up and it was actually his fault. He made my children cry which made me want to get out and punch him. Luckily I didn't as he ended up asaulting our car. Idiot! Hope you're feeling back on form soon xxJanuary budget

Oh fishy, hun! What a nightmare. You probably experienced a bit of shock there hun. And I know you're probably replaying events over and over in your mind. Probably best to get your diagrams done and jot down the events while you're still fresh from it all though, ready for when they send you the paperwork to complete. Maybe taking some photos of the damage and of where the accident happened might help??
And, if you want to, I'm sure we can exempt you fom weebling for just a little while if it helps!!
((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs hun)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

What a good idea re photos...didnt think of that! WIll try & go on the way to work. Woken up feeling shattered but must go to work - got 2 imp meetings today that I just cant miss...not going in this am so that may help...bath running to help aching back but otherwise ok. Car just arrived (1.2 corsa) so am mobile again & will pop into garage to get forgotten stuff out of car & also see if they've decided whether to fix or write off...think they'll fix it but you never can tell from looking.
On teh weeble front (why cant I ever spell the the right way roud eh!!) have been BAAAD. The gin is gone & not to be replaced - it really has made me feel cack every morning & depressed when I drink it so no more (except for a little bit on Friday night!) & am going to have to ban crisps again!! Ate 3 packets yesterday!! Will try & get back on track today! Hope you're all ok & thanks for concern! Thankfully noone seriously injured & despite being upset about the car - its just a car so not the end of the world! Big hugs all!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hello,
1lb off here - yay!
Sorry to hear it didn't go too well fish, but after the week you've had I'm not surprised! So sorry as well to hear that your back is still sore - must be awful for you - I did my back in 18 months ago and couldn't move - awful pain.
How are all the other weeblers?

Fishy - like I said, you are exempt for the mo if need be! If I had had the week you've had I would have put on about 6lbs so 2lbs is good going. Don't beat yourself up about it.
SS - you keep it up girl. Great going!!
I stayed the same this week but forgot to post it before. Also, I will put the graph up eventually but me and OH are off work this week and he gets upset that I spend more time on here than talking to him! Oops.
Just Ela to weigh in on Friday now.

Well done Mol!
I understand about the OH thing - my OH said to me yesterday that he was going to limit my time on the computer and set me a time period each day!
P.S. Have a good holiday and get back to bed!

Well done SS and Mole! And Fishface- you are doing really well, you did well to put only 2lbs on after the week you had- hope you are ok! Can be an awful shock to the system so go easy on yourself.0

hey ff i think you did great ..i know the object is to loose it ..but that will happen you've had enough to deal with and don't forget women can put on 6-7 lbs depending what time of month it is also ..so we all can't expect to loose weight all the time ..i think you've done good ..i'm glad your car is fixable also ..gotta be a weight off your mind...i'll keep my fingers crossed on the back pain ..i've been taking diazepam, dicolfenac, kapake for mine and i'm starting to feel like a junkie..although for the last two weeks i have cut down considerably and my accident was in may...i'll ba glad when i'm pain relief free...my weigh in is tomorrow..i'll let you kow how i get on then ..take care catch you soon0
