Oh dear - had my third weekly weigh in this morning. I'm back up to 12st 4lbs again!! Not happy  . And I don't have a valid excuse for it either like fishy does, it's just that I am rubbish and would seem to fluctuate by about 4lbs at certain times of the month. Perhaps next week I will be positively sylph like..

My thoughts exactly - I have strongish ones anyway but back to get something with a bit more oomph...problem is they make you really drowsy!! Osteopath is essential in my case...go for the odd click every now & then!! Massages also help but its all expensive isnt it!! At the end of the day I get to the point where if I dont go I'm in constant pain...just did a bit of ironing & in agony so had to stop (see there are advantages of car bashes - ironing MUST be limited!!)...off to start filling in insurance forms #1....

I had to have physio on my back, luckily the 'other sides' insurers paid for it as she has admitted the accident was her fault. Have you had enough of all the forms you have to fill in yet? Hope you feel better soon.

Hi all, Almost had a night off!! Pain is almost unmanageable so have booked appt with GP for Weds...am in work but really struggling as cant concentrate & working at comp doesent help. Diet is compleatly naff...thanks for email Elt...not offended in any way. Know what you mean but I vote personally for the most weight lost...regardless of who has more to loose & despite current excuses on my part (gin mostly!) feel it would be good to encourage those whove done well....know that I will catch up (prob in a month or so!!) & do better later so it will all catch up but happy to go with what others think! One excellent bit of news is managed to get a top that suits skirt for bros wedding which I was getting panicked about due to weeblish size plus it was 1/w price of one I got the other day so lots of lovely refunds to come! Mol..dont worry, we'll all have ups & downs & you can join me in putting on what you've lost!! No point beating ourselves up...we'll get there when its right - just like our DFW date!! Bank rang to say CC application now approved so 6m more 0% by which time it will be paid off! Yahoo!! Send offinsurance docs (recorded!) today...pages & pages & still no news on whether he's accepted liability but did get grovvely letter "we just want to ease your stress" from his insurers so signs good but pain is a nightmare & feel shattered so off to bed...big hugs all...on a lighter nite watching prog on children with psychic ability...ummmm!!

Sorry to hear about your accident fishface. What barefaced cheek the guy has to suggest that it was partly your fault. I'm also sorry to hear that youre in pain too. There's nothing worse than back pain. I too watched that programme on children with psychic powers and realised that I know the girl Heather Harwood. She's a pupil at the school where I work and her brother Chris went there too and he was as mad as a hatter. I never realised her family were that nutty though, as she's good at drama I assumed her mother was in the theatre as I wastold she was in show business. She's a lovely girl though and is very normal at school. Hope you feel better soon.

Wicked news on the 0% card FF. That's really going to help you in your DFW journey! Sorry to hear about your back. Hopefully the doctors tomorrow will be able to help you out a little bit. Take it easy though hun. Don't try and do too much and make sure you take breaks from sitting in front of the computer all day.

P.S - Not sure what happened to the graph, it seems to have been resized. Perhaps it's too big to post on here?
