    Bad day...
On the way to bed discovered that washing machine broken again...went to GP & got stronger drugs. Asked her about the wind & apparently its normal with more fruit & veg & says I should just go with it!! Then came home to sort washing machine & get phisio appt (recc by GP)...turns out when my bank transferred DDM's they forgot this one. Long story short, had to buy new crappy insurance for £119, they cant fix machine until a week Friday & I spent most of the morning in tears & have had to take the day off as toil...Did manage to get phisio appt at 2.30 & a neighbor is going to do my 2 loads of washing for me. Just feel battered, know I'm tired as not sleeping properly & am hopeless without sleep. This pain is exhausting. Good cry prob what I needed (altho man on other end of phone doesent agree me thinks!) so off this PM to see phisio, get a couple of fish for the tank (which I've just cleaned as it was revolting) & resist the urges to eat & shop. Just had a healthy lunch - pasta from freezer & garlic bread. Also feeling low as the 1000 that I got from mum is diminishing rapidly due to phisio/chiropractor etc. I know its not the end of the world but just feeling a bit defeated/exhausted/fed up/battered...know I'll feel better after sleep. People keep saying to rest my back but how do you do that when you have to do all your own washing(or not!), cooking, litter trays, shopping etec...times like this I wish I had cats who actually did something rather than just look cute!! Anyway...moan over...off to sort washing..hugs & know you lot will understand!

  • Hey fish,

So sorry you had such a cr*ppy day - I'm sorry I'm not nearer and I could come and deal with all the cooking, litter trays, shopping etc!

I have good Weeble news - 1lb lost again tonight - whoopee! So 7.5lbs in total.

Gonna have some ice cream now then get Weeble tastic from tomorrow for a good weight loss next week now I'm back in my routine.

  • Hiya. Feel Ok but thankful its Friday tomorrow. Got off DVD fine (2 for 3 days late) which was good...think he realised how exhausted I was & close to tears! My lovely neighbor did my washing & said not to let it pile up 9ie let her do more) & actually apoligised for not ironing it!! What a sweetie. Gave her a nice bottle of stuff with bubbles - but not champagne!! Back feeling a bit better, have done some streatcing & fab news for the day is that liability had been admitted so relief on my part! Claim will take months but should get dosh for phiso/osteopath etc so hopefully some money back to redress "the plan". Have also decided to give up on WW & go back to prev plan of doing it myself - seem to be unhealthily thinking about food on WW & did much better when I wasnt on it. Will weigh on my scales tomorrow & start again. Hope you all OK?

hey ff great to hear your a bit better and fantastic news on the liability front must be a huge relief for you ..i have to admit i do the eating my way and it's working for me ..though i also have to admit i don't weigh anything ..i just don't want the restrictions involved ....if i can help in any way let me know ....just think you've also managed to save another £5 a week yippee ...did you get the helpful emails from scottish ..i had a good read at a few and plan on adopting some ideas and the maltesers ice-cream...well now that IS a must for me ....again congrats on the good news
  • Hey fishy,

Great idea about ww giving up - save yourself £5 a week too! What about putting that £5 each week in a wee jar and saving it for something nice when you've got to a specific target? I have to admit I'm not really counting points but using lots of WW recipes, eating fairly well (portion watching and eating LOADS of fruit and veg) and the class weigh in as motivation and it seems to be working so far! Mind you - not been a great day today for eating - was doing really well until tub of ice cream popped out of freezer! OH away again so bored, bored, bored!

So glad you are feeling better fishy.

Still all ok for 9.30pm on Sunday? El - you need a hotmail address - do you have one? When you do, email it to us all as we'll need to add you to our MSNs. Any probs, just email me but b4 the weekend as away/working all this weekend til Sun eve.
