Im going to disguise my account. I can have random bills coming off different accounts and money going in and out to make it look less suspicious!!
  • I opened my accounts in branch today - they said they'll call me in 6 months to check how I'm doing with them...

...wonder what story I'll make up!!!

It's called exploiting (poorly worded) T&Cs, just as credit card stoozing and making use of bank switching incentives is.

You know, like the banks' overdraft T&Cs exploited you.

Like I said to you earlier, time to get your own back...legally!

Anyone going to try and disguise it, rather shifting the £1000 through 3 or 4 accounts on the bounce?

i have also for appearances sake changed a couple standing orders for money i put into savings to pay from my lloyds salary account via so to halifax then standing order a couple days later into the two savings accounts

    What's Fraud ? You go into a branch -
I want 3 Reward Current accounts -Why?
So I can collect the fivers - Oh OK
Is there a minimum balance ?- No
Can I just shove the same £1000 through all 3 accounts? - Yes
Does the £1000 have to sat in an account for a minum time (say a day) -No

Exploit the system for as long as you can:D

A & L have a £250 Faster Payment limit. Their customer service department is very vague as to correct limits. But I managed yesterday to send 6 x £250 to different accounts, something I was told I couldn't do.
Also the first time I set up payments, wanting them to go by FP, they were blocked by security and sent by BACS, I advise a small test transfer first.
    Good Luck
