Cant even log into my account
depite putting in details sent in
e mail from Fiona, at Wepromise!

Given up now,. and deleted from favourites
as its a total waste of time, and theyve got roughly
    £5+ of my money.

What goes around, comes around, so cant see this firm
    lasting much longer,

    Can you?? :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I can't log in either - i've had a look at their terms and conditions to see if I could see anything and found this:
    33. Upon ceasing to be a participant in the Rewards Program your Account will be closed. In the event that your Account is closed you will automatically cease to be a participant in the Rewards Program. In the event that for a period of 6 months you do not complete any Approved Transactions then your Account status will become an ' Inactive Account '. Unless we determine otherwise in our absolute discretion and on a case-by-case basis, upon becoming an Inactive Account, the balance of your Account shall be voided and it shall be automatically closed.

Does this mean if you don't do any transactions within a six month period they zero your balance and close your account?

I got exactly the same message and my account is also showing zero.

I have had similar. These were the 1st cashback site I ever did but the least used. Topcashback is about the best. Fiona:eek: who is Fiona..... she must be on 80 fags a day and two litres of cider with all the complaints she gets:T
  • STILL waiting for this £75! I was hoping it may become payable after 12 months (it was for a new First Direct 1st Account) but no such luck...

The only thing to say in favour of WPT is that you can get 3% offline cashback from a variety of high street retailers like Superdrug, Halfords, Dorothy Perkins, Little Chef and Cineworld by registering your debit and credit card details with them. I'm not aware of other cashback sites that do this (apart from Greasy Palm, which appears to be run by the same people on a different business model, and with lower cashback rates). These offline transactions do seem to become payable after several months.

If you regularly spend in these stores, this could be a little extra bonus, but I would not recommend using WPT as your main online cashback site.

WPT wiped out all my pending cashback (including the pending £75 and what little offline cashback I had accumulated) and reset my balance to zero. I think this was because I hadn't used the site in a while.

THEN they sent me a welcome email, asking why I hadn't used the site and was there anything they could do to help. I replied, telling them I'd be happier if they had NOT wiped my existing cashback balance... and my email bounced back to me. Speaks volumes really.

My advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS! :rotfl:

I believe this happened to many people - including people who use the site often. After emailing, they restored my awarded cashback but the pending stuff has all disappeared. Still owed £10 but will probably never reach the £25 threshold, so will write off the tenner.
