Wow- didn't know they were this bad!

Been spammed by them recently as I signed up but never used them (Quidco is better and even then not perfect- they owe me! Plus I rarely shop online). I feel like responding to their emails with a link to here!

just so people know it has been resolved, i got the below message and the £20 is back in my account:

Hi Paul,

We are in the process of making some changes to the site, these include removing the admin fee and payment due status. This means as long as your transactions have been validated for 30 days they will be paid to you. Your validated cashback has now been added back to your account.
If you had any open tickets these are still being looked into for you

Hmmm... my £84 is back in my account but not many had been vaildated so I wonder how long I'll have to wait.

My account is still at zero. They reply to emails with a 'welcome to the service' message saying the account hasn't been used for 30 days and advising on how to use it! Rip-off.

Send them a message via Help when you have signed in, raise a ticket and tell them what you had in your account etc. they will sort it out, they have for me and a fair few people i know.

Hmmm.

I have now got just one transaction on my account, which says it is validated and is from WPT. Looks like they've consolidated some past transactions, but I don't know which ones!

And, although I got a response to my ticket saying that:

This has happened to me too. Still nothing showing in my account.

And me as well.

I've money outstanding from them which they said they BACS transferred in April but I still havent received it. Also have other payments due. In total I'm owed several hundred from them.

Cant even log into my account
depite putting in details sent in
e mail from Fiona, at Wepromise!

Given up now,. and deleted from favourites
as its a total waste of time,and theyve got roughly
£5+ of my money.

mine still says 0, i have sent numerous tickets,only to be told that they are still dealing with it,this has now been 2 weeks and still no change!!
