I joined up last Oct and have had a payout of about £0.05 from the £140 I'm due, which obviously went straight on admin fees! Most of my purchases are marked as "validated" but still waiting from them to change to "payment due" over 3 months later. Also out of the 10 purchases I made, they have got the wrong % for 3 of them - telling me I bought commercial insurance when it was home insurance and in fact it's marked on my account as car insurance!
I also had my account cancelled once (I had moved an email from them to my junk email, which apparently reports them as spam). Only after realising you could log a ticket complaining about it and refreshing the page I raised the ticket on over and over again did I ever receive an answer. It took me 3 attempts to get it reinstated!
I am most likely going to look to another site which might actually pay out!0 -
Have wepromiseto.co.uk gone bust?
I had some money and so did my wife. Now the account has been cleaned out and we've received an email saying welcome, as new members.
Emails are being bounced back!!Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -

Ditto, and I had 2 rebates, totalling over £120, being chased up!
After I got a payment fairly early on (3 years ago), I've had 5 or 6 pages of transactions, but with hardly any getting past the validated status.
I'm beginning to think this has the makings of a scam.0 -
Well, there's a few hundred I know of. Anybody else? It's one thing, closing up shop. It's quite another carrying on trading like they are now, and not informing anybody what the hell is going on.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0

Yes same happened here, Apparently I have a new account too and the £45 that was in my account validated and due to paid in Amazon vouchers is now gone.
E-mails being bounced so I'm guessing from now on (if it wasn't already) this company is a scam, and any cash being earnt is very unlikely to be paid and is more likely being pocketed.
So they should be avoided at all costs!!
Hope they put it in the weekly e-mail to alert people.0 -
