Come on people, let's not fall out. We've all be around here for a while and I know I appreciate your input.

However, have you seen this which is being promoted on eBay:

    http://partner.ebay.co.uk/delivery-services

myHermes, Interparcel, Parcel2Go, ParcelMonkey, collectmparcel.com, DHL,

I've no idea why I'm listing them, they're on the page. What does anyone reckon?

This is ebay's new big thing, the shipping hub. Those there have paid a lot of money to be there. Ebay sent out invites for interested companies to bid. Few thousand pounds a square, minimum commitment three months if I remember rightly. All in all, quite a big gamble for those there, expect those with the small coffers to be cutting back on the PPC campaigns for a while. I wonder how many will renew.

What I do like though is myparceldelivery.com who's website isn't yet live - bet someone's getting their bot spanked for that!!

Invite only. How posh. How do you know it costs that much? That's a fair chunk isn't it. What's a PPC campaign? Like Google Ads etc?

myparceldelivery.com have three boxes so you're talking what £6000 a month and they can't accept a booking? Gulp! There website says they'll have contracts with virtually everyone - how can they do that? Sure if contacts with everyone was possible, Interparcel and Parcel2Go would have them all, no?

Interparcel have myHermes on their site but it's not as cheap as myHermes themselves?

I am one of the Directors of Boxby, we used to run a lot of adcommerce ads on ebay - hence the invite.

I love Boxby! Find it a lot simpler to use than Shiply.

For us - there are better ways of spending marketing money. But it will be interesting to see how it goes, the minimum contract was three months, i think, so maybe there'll be some spots at renewal time.

How are ebay directing people there - has this page replaced the "paypal postage" thing all linked in with parcelforce?
