Dear Prizewinner,

In response to a number of queries, we’d like to clarify a couple of points.

We’ve reviewed the definition of the 4 places that make up the group members and have made the decision to adapt the Terms and Conditions to allow greater flexibility to winners;

Each grand prize winner will receive up to 4 places (a minimum of 1 person must be under the age of 12 years old and accompanied by a maximum of 2 consenting adults aged over 18 years old) at the ‘Ford Focus Disneyland® Paris 2009 promotion’ event taking place between 13.11.09 - 15.11.09.

Please note, you do not have to take 3 guests with you and the minimum requirement is that your group includes a minimum of 1 person under the age of 12 years old and a consenting adult aged over 18 years old.

We’ve noticed a contradiction in the Terms and Condition between point 4 and 6. In point 4 we correctly state that we’re providing 1 room (per group which sleeps 4) at Disney’s Newport Bay Club hotel. Point 6 has been amended to reflect this and we apologise for any confusion caused.

Please find the revised Terms and Conditions attached for your reference.

In light of the revised definition of 4 places, we have extended the deadlines for confirming attendance and providing the completed ‘Winner information’ document.

Please ensure we receive your confirmation of attendance by 09:00 Monday 19th October 2009 otherwise, you will forfeit your prize.


Please complete and return the ‘Winner Information’ document previously sent out by 17:00 Wednesday 21st October 2009 in order to secure your room and ensure we can meet any special requirements. If we do not receive the completed document by this date, we cannot guarantee your stay at the resort.

Absoloutely gutted! This email that I have waited 4 days for still dosen't help me. I wanted to know if I could pay for my husband to come into the party and apparently he can't. The Party is apparently 9-12am too (My kids will be dead on their feet). I don't really want to take 3 kids on my own especially at that time of night! Oh Dear - decisions, decisions!

Well that seems very reasonable of them. For most that will mean "problem solved" For those families with 3 children though it's going to be a tough one. Which is why I didn't enter, nor do I ever enter "family" competitions.

It does seem strange to hold a party until midnight, I can see why it starts at 9pm as they have to wait for the park to close. Maybe you could just go for the first hour. I will be taking my daughter in her pushchair so she will be able to fall asleep as she sleeps through anything

I know it's my own fault but never in a million years did I think I would win it! I also didn't realise about the 'private' party and just thought it was entry to the actual park. To be honest I just did the competition and that was that! Hopefully the adrenalin will keep the kids going:j

How old are they? Im sure they will be excited about the park being open for exclusive use so will forget about being tired

:rotfl: the eldest 2 should be fine and perhaps the 3 year old might sleep in their pushchair if it all gets too much for them
