They have no idea that I read this site.  They sent 2 emails confirming my order.  The second stating delivery by Monday.  I only know that the order is cancelled by their reply here.


This is exactly my point to. Had I not used this site, as far as I'm concerned I still have a confrmed order with them for an item that was 'in stock' at time of ordering and due to be delivered by next Tuesday!

I'm really not bothered if they can't supply, just would be nice to be told that via email.....

My first posting and not a happy one!

I too thought i was awaiting arrival of 2 cases following 2 confirmation e-mails. Phoned them today just to be sure, and told first of all:
cancelled order letter in the post, because of supply problems (why not e-mail)

then told order not sent because i had not filled in application correctly(but unable to say how)

However they did post out another item i had ordered- i've told them to keep it ,they've argued it's dispatched ,I've said it's going back to them and I'm not paying the incuring P+P!! £2.99 on £2.00 item. Will definately not use these guys again!!!

aaaah, when you put it like that I can see your point. I saw something posted that I needed (luggage) bought it knowing that there was a chance it wouldn't arrive, it hasn't so no worries. But if I'd just bought it off my own bat and was still sat there waiting.... Yup that would annoy...

I ordered 2 as presents for my twin friends, one red and one graphite. Just checked my order status, top line of one (doesnt say which colour) says order cancelled, other order (guessing its the red one) says product info not available.

Have had no emails from them other than the original confirmation ones. What poor customer relations. Nearly as bad as my experience with empire. >:(

Mine also was delivered today, think i was so lucky to get such a bargain. I admire discount2door for selling them to us all, they could have just said it was a pricing error. I now have the site in my favourites and will certainly be buying from them again.

Oh dear, mine was due to be delivered today, but nothing has appeared :-/ I've not had an email to tell me if it's been cancelled, and their internet site won't let me check my account status at this time of night ::)

I guess the other half is stuck with Mother-In-Law's lovely floral bags after all :P

No email and nothings arrived yet. Not holding out a huge ammount of hope, but it's be nice for them to let us know one way or the other..
