    I've very confused. After reporting here about the whole 'seeing someone elses details during ordering, and them seeing mine', I (foolishly) decided to try again (yesterday or day before). The order went through, however I've received no form of confirmation etc, nothing, no emails, can't check on the website.

    Not sure how this has been left really.

    Any ideas?

    If people who have had a confirmation mail are getting their order cancelled then unless you get the item today the likelihood is that your order has also been cancelled.

    Hmm, not great really. Looks like we won't be getting the cases (fair enough, I was obviously too slow), and the two graphite shoulder bags we ordered arrived today in red :(

    Still at least the returns procedure is simple enough.

    I ordered 2 of each 66cm and shoulder bags in graphite and guess what? - today they came in... in RED but just the shoulder bags. I have sent an email to let them know, this is so unprofessional!

    First they have the worng description ???

    Then they say it's in stock when it isn't >:(

    Then they don't even mail you to say it won't be available >:( >:(

    Then you have to give them even more personal info to track your order >:( >:( >:(

    AND WHAT IF you are someone who has ordered one but does not use moneysavingexpert....how would you know about this c*ck up then eh????? ???


    Oh well - you win some you lose some I spose - just had an email from Woolies to say my Gamecube has been dispatched - Nice one Woolies!!! ;D

    Not only are these people badly organised, they are just plain rude. I suppose Woolworths has a long term reputation to uphold and Discount2Door are just an online equivalent of a boot sale (although that would insult boot sellers).
    They have directly insulted their core customer - US - the people who shop online, talk online and give their opinion to others freely. Just incredible really - lets hope they sink without trace.

    Just plain rude? How so? I ordered (too late) and got nothing, but what have I lost? I'm not insulted,I'm actually impressed that they've had the guts to stand up here and apologise for their mistake. That's what it is after all, a bit of an error. They weren't trying to con you, steal your money, it was just some person pressing the wrong button....
  • But crucially (for them), would you have the confidence to shop with them for something you were after pretty quickly?

    They have no idea that I read this site. They sent 2 emails confirming my order. The second stating delivery by Monday. I only know that the order is cancelled by their reply here.
    They should have had the decency to send an email to everyone (OMPs) who had ordered telling them that they had cancelled the order. Perhaps I have a lower tolerance of politeness but it's a shame that they can just leave people not knowing.

    What if I actually needed it!!!!!!
