Looking at the site, I think you just bought three shoulder bags! (Webpage has spinner details on left, but the add to basket bit details the shoulder bag).

I just received a 66cm spinner in red, very nice! For anyone waiting for theirs, the order was placed at around 15:30 on Tue and I also ordered the sholder bag at the same time (this has not yet arrived). The order showed both items as "Displatched" yesterday, today the status of the case is "to be delivered within 5 working days".

At around 17:30 the same day by better half ordered another 66cm spinner (she wants to have a set) in an account in her name, that one shows a status of "Package status unavailable" which makes me think we're not getting it

Thanks for an excellent bargain, superb luck that its from the same range as our new flight case & a perfect match ;D ;D ;D

Re: Sahora Spinner - Catalogue No. W51550 - We have no more stock of this item. We actually listed it by mistake over Christmas and have dispatched all the stock we had, which is now starting to arrive with customers by the sounds of things.
The item that we have stock of is actually the shoulder bag (Catalogue no. W91552) but this is offered as a second item on a page featuring the text and picture of the spinner suitcase (W51550), which is causing confusion. We have not got a picture of the shoulder bag and to avoid further confusion will be removing the item from sale as soon as possible.

I ordered on Tuesday at 16:30:03 (only one hour after the apparently successful poster above)

Were you out of stock by then or might I still be receiving my order?

If out of stock, what was the time of the last successful order (to help others know whether they will be getting their orders).

Also - if out of stock, then why can you buy it at £56 on the site today?  Is this a completely different item?

I always think its good when the retailers post here, gives them a human face.

I ordered mine yesterday morning and it too shows package info unavailable, but on the bright side I emailed to ask if they could change the delivery address and they mailed back to say no it was too late in the process....

Still a bargain if it works eh!

I ordered on Tues at 18.37. My confirmation e mail stated that I would get my shoulder bag on Fri & the suitcase on Mon. However I received the shoulder bag today.

Ferretktf when did your email say delivery would be?
