Watch yourselves here ladies and gentlemen, I just tried to order a couple of these cases, entered my address details, and as the card details page popped up it contained someone elses details. No card number, but the security digits, Cardholder name, email address and tel number were there!!! This is NOT good security! Data Protection would have afield day with this.

Now, I'm not sure whether it's a one off technical freak, however it's a little worrying! I called the guy whose details were in there, and he was baffled too, as just before submitting his order he went through checking all the details and spotted MY address details in there.

BE WARNED!

P.s. I called the company, spoke to a telephone representative who went off to chat to his boss. Cam back 5 mins later to say that the problem had been noted. Hmmm, not quite sure whether that's enough action really, considering.

These clowns are in the same group as Empire Stores. 'Redcats', I believe is the group name. To be avoided at all costs (just search this very forum for info) - I very, very much doubt that any of you will recieve your suitcases. Your order will just vanish into the ether, and you'll be magically put on their 'send these people loads of junk mail' list.

This company were featured recently after a mens Diesel Jeans promotion. Quite a few of us ordered/received them successfully but I do seem to remember something being said about the dodgy site security.

I had the same problem. After a few attempts at trying to order i kept noticing that the quantity in the order kept changing at random!!!! I only wanted 1 item, not 3 or 4! I then tried to ring them to order over the phone and after a 20min phone call, with me giving 2 different people all my details they said it was internet only. Doh!!!! Why couldnt they have said that at the start and saved me the phonecall & time.

Have you got a scroll mouse?

I have had problems with boxes (usually the yellow ones linked to autofill) changing , quantities, house numbers, credit card details etc. This happens if you leave the cursor in the box and use the wheel to scroll down the page. Often the changes happen off the screen, so always use tab or click away from the box before scrolling.
