nikki - love that christmas dinner menu.........I'm the worlds worst in the kitchen but could manage that ok...........especially yorkshires............I'd have them everyday..........:rotfl:

Been snowing all day today............looks like my visit to my sons tomorrow is doubtful -this rate him and his family will be having their presents next christmas ..........umm......could save me a quid or two.............lol

hob - had a go at a sock monkey last year and made total mess of it. But I'm sorted.............I've made him a door hanger -had to do it out of thick card instead of wood but it looks ok and he was pleased and surprised that he had something.............he wasn't expecting anything.
Hope things are coming together at yours now ............xx

I'm so pleased it all went well for you. Now all you have to do is look forward to a positive 2010..........and keep a diary of what goes on..........honestly, if you look back on it -the ups and downs - you'll see how well you''ve coped when many people wouldn't.

Love the remote thing.............have you got instructions for that ?

    Hi Hob,

I'm glad christmas went well for you and Craig. Your dinner looked lovely and you should be very proud of yourself. Like you said - the timing is the hardest bit!

Your stockings look great too. I think that you can be really proud that you made a nice chrsitmas in difficult circumstances.... It can only get easier from now on!

I made a xmas stocking for my best friend, and she was so chuffed with it - I think that the personal touch means so much to people.

Our xmas day was good, but I was relieved when everyone had gone in the evening and I could snuggle up on the sofa with OH!

    Speak soon,

    Ali xx
