any body know where to find out what routes/dates the free seats will be on?0

I watched it,it was potentially very confusing due to being unfairly weighted ie
a) Ryanair charge you loads of extra and rip you off.(99% of the programme)
b) Someone tells that they only pay 1p for their flights!!(1% off the programme)
Those two facts are totally contradictory, with not enough emphasis on b),I found the programme unfair to Ryanair, but o'leary was very good.
As O'leary said after ,"infamy,Infamy..the BBC have got it infamy"0 -
I actually thought the whole program was a bit of a damp squib.
Investigative journalism? Hardly.
Michael O'Leary made the reporter (Vivian somebody??) look pretty silly (IMHO).
I do think that if the BBC had agreed to an unedited interview, nobody other than Mr O'Leary would have got a word in.0 -
Bit of a non-starter, really. If the BBC had questions to make O'Leary squirm they would have done the live interview.
I think judging by the correspondence the BBC had the ideas but much of it was explained away. The programme must have been commissioned months ago, but some of the questions asked on the 5th October are just bizarre; anyone doing a bit of research could have found this out. The next couple of emails are just desperation, considering that the program was due out in the next few days.
The Vivian guy missed a huge chance when questioned on why he flew BMI; he should have said he needed to take a bag in the hold for essential recording equipment, and that he commuted to the airport from the BBC HQ. Then they could have done real cost comparison, it probably would have been close.0 -

For that matter, why hasn't the BBC offered to engage O'Leary in such a format? Is it because they realise that he's incredibly shrewd and would easily come out smelling of roses?
I have a question, if I opened your wallet would I find a photo of MOL or your girlfriend/spouse?:rotfl:0 -
The Panorama programme was a damp squib. Ryanair and Michael O'Leary can manage far worse publicity by themselves. Re Ryanair's 'free flight' offer it's typical that many of the routes they claim you can fly free - Edinburgh-Palma, Birmingham-Trapani, Newcastle/Durham-Girona etc. etc. aren't even operating in November and December when the free flights are supposedly available. It's dishonest, but you don't expect anything better from Ryanair.0
