Beautiful morning, have already been out for a little walk, to get the cheap paper.
Money stuff:-
Paid tomorrow, then not paid again until 16th May and then again just before bank holiday. So need to move money around to pay bills.
Mortgage overpayment went out yesterday 50
Money in purse 21.50
Money in house (if DS hasn't spent it all) 50
Money in current account 126
No dd's to come out this week, but it is DS birthday at the weekend, so will have to buy extra stuff, beer, cake.
Have food for lunches sorted, will need petrol to get home, but that comes out of business account, so all in all, doing OK.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Sounds good to me. Wasn't the other Rimmer called Ace? Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast, that one?2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Red dwarf stuff http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Red_Dwarf_characters
Ace Rimmer (Commander Arnold Judas Rimmer) is an alter-ego of Arnold Rimmer, also played by Chris Barrie. Ace first appears in the episode Dimension Jump and is the antithesis of Rimmer, modest despite being a popular, knowledgeable daredevil hero. He comes from a seemingly "perfect" universe, in which Rimmer and Lister lived happy, successful lives and were good friends.0 -
Ace Rimmer - that's who he was!
Today have to take Mum for hospital appointment, she hadn't planned on telling us and was going to try and make her own way there. How, I ask you? She can't walk more than 20 paces, so couldn't have got to reception to request a porter and a wheelchair.
Back later after online banking etc.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Hope everything went well with your Mum's appointment - what is she like not telling you?

Hi all, I really don't know what she was thinking off, sometimes she forgets how ill she is.
Mum's appointment went fine, they are happy with her progress, but she doesn't always tell them the truth. Part of this is she doesn't want to seem frail, totally understandable, but part of it is that she's kidding herself. She tells everyone that she's cut down smoking and smokes less than 5 a day; she totally believes this, despite smoking 40 between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning! It's no skin off my nose, but thought I'd ask them if it mattered. "Oh yes, nicotine can affect blood coagulation" Oops, so that won't help the warfarin count then. No wonder it keeps changing, it depends on how much she smokes.
Other stuff:-
Paid today so all bills out of the way; have bought DS birthday present ( a pad thing to play games on the PC) and shopping is ordered for delivery tomorrow.
Once the food delivery is out of the way, I will allow 20 for fresh food etc. 10 for beer for DS. So that should be about it.
Not sure when I get paid again, money will be released on 12th, and should be in account by 15th, but that's Sunday which is out of contract period, so may go in earlier.

Who ordered rain??
Planned on doing garden stuff for mum this weekend, but may not be possible. We were beginning to think that North West Water would announce another hosepipe ban soon. Last year as soon as they did it, the rain started, so maybe they have already agreed it.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
