SH- you must have really needed that sleep!
Weather forecast is for sunshine, so will definitely get some washing dry;if it stands still long enough its getting washed! May go out for a walk later, friend lives about 3 miles away, so that's not too far if its fine. Then I can have a cuppa and head back home.
Tea tonight will be curry, so must remember to take the chicken out of the freezer.
DS went out playing football yesterday afternoon, while I was at Mum's and turned up again at 2 this morning, so he's had a good day out. Strangely though, there is a key on the kitchen worktop which is on a chain; he lost that some time last year, so will be interested to hear where he found it.

I've had a lovely quiet day, pottered around, got washing dry on the line, went for a walk, visited friend. I wanted to bake a cake, but still got no part for oven (boo to bank holidays), so tried to do it in the halogen. Not the most successful set of fairy cakes, but they were at least edible with loads of icing and sprinkles and stuff on.
Curry is cooking and I've watched Pride and Prejudice (again!) and the snooker. DS laughs at me watching P&P - he says I must know every line.
Now watching the programme about the black ball final, before the snooker is back on.

Edible fairy cakes sound pretty good too :j 2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Definitely the BBC version, the film was so 'wrong' in many ways.
Today, will be going to Mum's and pottering in her garden; may nip into town for a wander.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

I've never been described as that before, but thanks for reading, most of its not that interesting. In fact, I was only thinking the other day, that I did far more when I was out of work. Maybe out of necessity, not sure. Now of course I don't have time for all the craft fairs etc.was just reading ... ha ha ha ha rimmer and kryten .... classic comedy ... smoke me a fish i'll be back for breakfast
I love the early Red Dwarf. I'd sort of forgotten it until there was nothing on telly - what was the name of the 'other' Rimmer?
Spent yesterday pottering round Mum's garden, which is far too big for her. And then watching the snooker. Sad, I know.
I was also having a think about this debt busting malarkey, I've updated my sig with the credit card, but need to wait until I've got both the mortgage statement and the one for the secured loan. The credit card statement now has an 'amount available' on it again, so they obviously think I'm credit worthy, so I'll see if I can get a free credit report and see what is still showing. As I left OH in 2003 any reference to his address, should be gone, together with the potential to be linked to his BR.
I think that will give me a clearer picture.
Off for a trundle round the diaries, and then to find some food.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
