2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • That's it, I'm done.

Journey home on Wednesday took forever, but at least there were frequent announcements about delays, so could keep warm in the waiting room. On the way to the station I called into a little craft shop/natural products shop and picked up a few bits for sister and best friend. And that was the last of the shopping.

Fruit and veg delivery arrived, together with some other stuff I forgot about; so didn't have to do face the supermarkets thankfully. Just went to Iceland etc. for normal everyday type stuff, bread, milk, eggs.

Some of DS's stuff still hasn't arrived from play.com, and I was going to go out and replace it, but it will probably arrive next week, so not going to bother now. Will go out tomorrow and get him some more stocking fillers instead.

Now its my time. I'm making my pastry for the mince pies tomorrow, so I can do the pies on the day. Tonight I may wrap a present or two.

So here's one of these :xmastree:just to put me in the mood. Hope everyone's having a relaxing time.

  • Morning to anyone reading

as a Christmas present to myself, I've paid off a credit card!!
It was down to less than £150 anyway, but its now gone. Only leaves Egg card now, will check credit report in New Year just for the satisfaction.

Will do the final blitz today, try and find some sort of table.

    Have a good day all.
