    Mine was lovely! I have a Morphy Richards and it needed an extra 20 minutes on top of the 55. Think i will be making this a lot more often!

  • I'm glad you like it - it took a bit of fiddling around with ingredients to get one that worked right.

    We make it every other day - probably healthier than crisps and biscuits!

  • Ooh I must try this! I'm the proud owner of a new Panasonic and am having a ball trying out all the recipes.

    Could you let me know if you line the pan with greaseproof paper before cooking this? If so, how far up the sides of the pan do you line it? Thanks!

  • I don't line it with anything - and you need to keep the paddle in so it can do the mixing.

    turned out ok.tastes lovely warm but not so keen the day after.ne suggestions? had it with butter when it was warm.

    Microwave it for a few seconds to warm it up again. Mine was nice cold too, in fact my sister in law left with half of it wrapped in tin foil the following day cause she loved it so much!!
