I have the Panasonic which has a 45 min pizza setting, I just let it do 5mins making sure all the ingredients are mixed by pushing a spatula down the sides. Once it is mixed just hold down the stop button and it stops completely. Then put it on bake only for 55 mins. I made it again today with 3 large ripe bananas and it was fab - I do find I have to cut the edges off all around the cake because they are a little brown.0

That's exactly what I do!;) but I don't cut anything off!

eermm I don't stop it, I just scrape down the sides while it is mixing, it's only the corners I scrape to make sure it is all mixed in. I only stop it when the stuff is mixed up and then switch on the bake cycle. You have to push the timer button once you turn it on bake to increase the baking time to 55 mins.
Is yours a panasonic?
Sorry if I'm not being very clear!:o

I stop mine twice as you describe echo because a couple of times the kneeder caught my spatula and sent the mix flying!! I've made a couple of loaves every week since I first tried this - about to put another on now in fact!
Also made another lush pizza this eve. Only had 100gm of strong white so had to substitute remaing 200gm with Strong Wholemeal. It was soooo lush! I guess we've got a new fav pizza ;-)
