  • I did my NHS funded degree from 2001-2004 (so not really that long ago - although I do appreciate that change happens.)

Everyone had their course fees funded (including us wrinklies who had previously studied!!!)

    Try taking a look at:

Happytobedebtfree I could get a light bulb and smash it over his head, and he still wouldn't see sense, he's so dramatic its ridiculus, a couple of days ago he was supportive and now hes being a idiot. He doesn't realise how much he upsets me sometimes, best thing is half these bloody loans are his anyway :(

  • Well why not just deal with the debts in your name only let him worry about paying stuff for awhile will that help your money situation. He might be classing his debts as his own and wondering why u are worried? I don't know men are strange creatures at times lol x

  • Morning happytogetdebtfree, thanks for the post!

I've started filling in my council tax form and its so confusing, as it asks for income information, and all my information shows me earning a good (ish) income, but I'm wanting to base it on now (as my income will change) so not sure how to fill it in - tried phoning them but it was engaged.

Also rang bridal shop this morning and left a voicemail asking if its okay for someone to go and collect my wedding dress at the weekend, it cost £800 new, and its never been worn so hoping to get some money back on it :(

    will keep you posted. X

  • Morning, I was just thinking can you not ring the places you have debts with to see if u can make a reduced payment while you are in uni and can get sorted. Also you can apply for a student bank account or so fourth and that should be a 0% overdraft you could then tranfer a debt balance on to that close the debt account and have some excess to clear the overdrft and help alittle with cost if living?
