Thankyou very much sloughflint those are very real concerns. Fantastic post. My wife has raised most of those. I had great difficulty sleeping last night worrying over this.
Care @ home route: Well they did and then had an unexplained turnaround.. I'm still puzzled at that.
Home empty: hardly ever if I was the carer
Mums privacy: we'd move or build an extension for her
Safety: Yes she'd need full time supervision and this'd be a major drain.
Confused at night: most probably
Prolonging the inevitable: yes0 -
