    good luck!
If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!

    You are 100% correct.

However.....the problem with using your explanation/definition is that if someone can understand what you mean then they wouldn't need help in the first place, would they?....:D

    Going off topic here but....
I know a maths teacher on another forum who uses terms like 'would of', 'to far', 'get of', 'I like that to', and 'brought' used in place of bought (why stick a letter R in there and give yourself extra work, I thought it was just an error to start with but no and it is used by loads of people.). In my day, English was was the key to getting to university, no matter what else you had if you didn't pass your English you didn't make it. Times have obviously changed

Wander instead of wonder is another, what is that all about?

By the way the Cambrige English Dictionary lists both whinging and whingeing

i think i'm allowed to tell you this, the court case is tomorrow and i will have a full update after that.
Can you give us more detail regarding the charges etc. There's no reason not to tell us as this would be in the public domain anyway and may clear up some of the debate in this thread.

    Over-reaction much?

Would you rather the paint was just left in her hair?

I think she probably would have, as well as rather not having the nursery lie to her.

I would. Without doubt. I have a bath and a shower in my home, I suspect the OP has similar washing facilities.

IF after washing the paint would not come out, she could get the child's hair trimmed properly.

Didn't they have a phone at the nursery? Like, pick up phone and speak to parents? Morons! :doh:But we've been through all this before, over and over and over again......

My son left nursery with paint in his hair yesterday. It washed out fine so no problem there, although I'm rather annoyed that he got it all over his jumper and some on his brand new coat! Thank God the nursery didn't cut those off him!
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

Isn't this all part of the nursery experience, toddlers coming home covered in mud and paint etc. I'd think most parents accept this.
