Just had an email from H&M they have a new range called inclusive going from size 6-28 some of it look's quite nice. I do like the dresses especially the blue one, but unfortunately I know it wouldn't suit me.

    Excellent!
It makes a change, although the name sounds rather patronising...
Lovely clothes, probably not for me, but it's good to have greater choice.

HI Thanks for that! I had a look, they have some really fashionable stuff, they are only for the big and brash though. Things like that do nothing for a bigger figure, I would be uncomfortable with such little material, and I got to have straps..man has yet to invent and make a strapless bra that can do a good job and be comfortable x.
I did notice something odd.. the knickers they have went up to a 28 yet the matching bras a 38c????:rotfl:

Tell me about it...I have tried so many, and they are either not supportive enough or squash everything down.

The day I find a strapless bra I like and does the trick, I am buying every single one in my size in the shop :D

I have got a stick on bra from Peacocks though which seems like it will work with my bandeau type dresses (you know the ones with a ruched/gathered bust). At least if they slip the gathering underneath the bust should keep them reasonably in place so that I don't get a nasty surprise walking down the street ;)

And for my fellow Simply Be customers, if you have a Nectar card Simply Be are on Nectar - 2 points per £1 spent. And it seems you keep the points even if you send some of your order back as I discovered unexpectedly

I would like to add more sites where you can find larger sizes. I've added quite a lot that do up to 32 (Evans, although now limited, Anne Harvey, Yours etc), but above this I can't find much.

    - LaRedoute possibly (but I've never been able to buy from them, despite trying several times, even got as far as placing an order which was lost...)
    - All the JDW sites (simply be etc etc), although their 34 is actually equal to a 32, as their sizes are smaller.

I found a new brand, available on eBay and Amazon, called Fashion Closet. They some dresses up to size 44, but their feedback/stars are not great.

Obviously there also is Holy Clothing, with their lovely dresses.

If anyone else knows of other places for size 34+ please let me know and I will add to the initial list!

just found this site on another site
    http://www.bigbeautifulandgorgeous.co.uk/category-130.html

Looks like it's probably an ebay seller who's started a website, I can see a lot of Fashion Closet stuff.
They've got pics of real people wearing their clothes, I love it!

  • I dont know if anyone has mentioned a site called yours clothing but I can thoroughly recommend them. They do larger sizes, are really generous with their sizes and have a great range of clothing.
You get lots of offer discount on postage etc and they are really reasonably priced.

    Hello Karen
    welcome to this thread! :)
I suggest you may want to take some time to read some previous posts (not all, there are so many of them....) Yours Clothing is a company we discuss regularly here. But thanks anyway for sharing your opinion of them.

Has anybody looked in Evans lately?!

I check in regularly, but hadn't seen anything I liked in there for years - but suddenly they have a few tops I quite liked online and I've actually made an order.

If you like butterflies you'll be chuffed since buttrflies seem to be a big motif at Evans this season.

Knock me down with a feather!:j
