What clothes do you really want but can't find?
What have you got that you still wear but is so stretched out, moth eaten, colour faded but can't find a decent replacement for?
Why do you spend a lot of money on clothes?
Would you shop from a shop called OBESE?
When mail ordering do you get your tape measure out to check your size against theirs. Is it essential?
Any more thoughts please do share.0 -

what is this? a survey? are you opening a clothes shop called OBESE or just taking the mickey?
if you are a business and this is a survey, are you offering any rewards for people to give you useful marketing information or do you expect us to do it for free?0 -

I knew I would have to keep costs to the minimum. It sounds as if people don’t like to spend anything for their clothes even if they do like them.
It doesn't really matter what they look like as long as they fit. Possibly giving the illusion of age defying, in better proportions but as comfortable as pyjamas.
Increase the size range.
Technically smart fabrics such as repel deodorant staining and warm properties.
How about plain tailored thermal jersey/fleece pyjamas as workwear?
That’s what I am getting.
Who does this already?
market research i guess0 -
that's clever, saves a lot of time lol0

if you are a business and this is a survey, are you offering any rewards for people to give you useful marketing information or do you expect us to do it for free? To the educated, Market Research involves much more than this. Who says I am a business? You haven't answered any of my questions do you expect me to answer yours?
With all the problems I have read is not ok for someone to try and sort them out? Or shall we just all sit and moan about them.
Or are you just trolling, knocking someone down as usual.
Shish sooo aggressive.0 -

I suggest that you need to read the first post of this thread, which doesn't sound like you did, to understand where I'm coming from. This thread if for plus size people to exchange tips on clothes and other topics, not to answer a long list of questions from someone who is not giving anything back.
I never knock down genuine posters here, I may disagree with their opinions, but I've learnt a lot from this thread and people here are very supportive with new posters who need a bit of advice.
If you are genuinely trying to help plus size women to get a better choice of clothes that would be great, but maybe you can give more information on what you are trying to achieve (and I've been known to apologise when I got things wrong -not often but it has happened).

Just say you were a manufacturer/designer/creator looking to solve the clothing issues, what concerns me is that you're looking at both standard and plus sized clothing. A fair number of companies now really do get that Plus isn't just a few extra inches on the waist, the body measurements are very different from just adding inches on a standard size fit. This means they either specialise in standard, or plus, or employ designers solely for the plus size range outside their normal range.
There is no one size fits all even in Plus. Some shops/places still need reminding on this fact (just bought a frock & Frill dress @28 which is more like a 24) but if you want to solve plus size womens clothing, look beyond a size 18-20 model and more into the 26-32 range without body control pants, bras, leggings, tummy tuckers, and so on etc, and work with those. None of us plus sized people want to wear tents in fabrics your grandmother would've been ashamed of.0 -

Hi, just out of curiosity, are you sponsored by Evans, or any particular reason why your project is focusing on Evans?
