Hi, has anyone ever ordered from Curvety.com? Theres a dress i like but never ordered from there before... also, does anyone know of any online sites for off the rack plus size wedding dresses? Thanks

I've ordered a few times from Curvety with mixed results. They were fairly quick to arrive. Some things were great and I kept them, but I found they were very, very slow to refund for the items I returned. I think it says allow up to 14 days for a refund in their T&C's, and on both occasions they refunded me on the 14th day! On one occasion it was an evening dress I'd returned, so a not insignificant sum of money I was waiting for.

Has anyone ordered from http://www.phazeclothing.com? They have a plus size section and appear to go to size 26. Sadly, don't use plus size models which is a bugbear for me!

The first Simply Be shop opens in Leicester Highcross today for anyone in the vicinity I was going to go for a little look today but I have to work now so wont get in till next week - when I do get there will report back.

Whilst we are on a Simply Be mention, the X Catalogue JD Williams clearance shops (which includes Simply Be) have a BOGOF at the moment on ladies' day outerwear. These shops are in the NE and Cumbria
Today I bought a Gifford Fox jacquard knit top for £10.99 originally £25, and got a Joanna Hope tie-die jersey vest for free, X Cat price £9.99, originally £30. Now I shall go to the No Buying Clothes thread and confess..

I noticed the Clements Ribeiro range for Evans, called Swan, has gone live on their website.

I think it is pretty overpriced in the main, and as ever, uses way to much viscose and polyester. However this one is clearly inspired by the dresses they've designed for Adele and looks decent quality:

It's still a bit pricey but I really like the shape of it and might try to pop into the Glasgow store at some point this week to see it in the flesh (the range is available in select stores from tomorrow).

I also like the oversized (and overpriced!) tee and the heart print cardigan.

I like the heart print and heart intarsia stuff too, but my daughter says I am far too old for it.

My pal is a Goth of long standing and Phaze is legendary in the North East, remember going in the shops with her donkey's years ago.

Just a little warning regarding the Simply Be shop which is NOT a clearance store - its a shop selling full price stock from the website.

It will SERIOUSLY damage your bank balance :rotfl: I went in for a little nosey round today and came out £70 lighter :eek: the shop is amazing though and the staff are very good.
