I picked up some lovely 3/4 sleeve t shirts with insets at the neck (so they look as if they are layered) from Yours - £6 each Red, Black, Navy (dark) and Grey.

Yours have some lovely stuff in... I went into the Nottingham store today and gazed longingly at some very nice stuff :)

Just thought I'd let you know - got my PJ's. From good old Marks and Sparks of all places - they were doing an offer, if you buy the bottoms you got the top half price so I got the top for £3.50 - bargainous. Plus they're mix and match so I got what I wanted - long sleeved light cotton top and light cotton bottoms - I needed the bottoms to be a dark purple which is what was causing problems but these ones are perfect. They're three quarter length but I have long bedsocks that will cure that problem :) up to a size 22 - not bad for £13.50 :)

Just to update on the Land's End sale, they have lovely coats greatly reduced!

The stadium squall parka is down to £39.50, up to size 2X.

And the Essential down coat is also £39.50, up to size 3X!

Bargains I think, even though there aren't any discount codes I could see. :D I ordered the stadium parka in black. I hope the sizing isn't too small.

    great!
would you come back and tell us how your find it, please? The coat I bought was great, but the shape for size 3xl a bit odd as it was very large at the bottom, with narrow shoulders (while same style in standard size was better proportioned, didn't even look like the same style). Still better than a lot of stuff out there, but I wonder if it was a one off, as another coat I bought was OK

I will! Fingers crossed it fits. I really do need a good warm waterproof coat here in NI! :)

I`ve had funny sizes from them as well, i now read the reviews and more often than not others are mentioning the same.Pity cos they used to be spot on with their sizes as well.

Must admit I returned the stadium squall coat I recently bought in the sale. Although still a very good quality coat, it was not quite as nice as the one I bought a few years ago. They've changed the styling slightly. The hood is permanently attached on my old coat, but on the newer version attaches with press studs, which makes for a bulky collar. Also wasn't crazy about the colour (Aubergine) when it came, and the size I ordered was too snug a fit with a jumper underneath. I've decided to keep wearing the old one until next year, when I'll hopefully be a bit smaller and I'll look again.

    I'm getting worried now! lol

I really hope it's ok. God knows good quality AND cheap coats in plus sizes are like gold dust! :o

I got one from Bonprix before xmas that is nice and warm, but it was described as "dark olive" which I thought would be kaki, but turned out to be proper green (not my fave colour!). I still kept it because there wasn't any other choice and it was cheap and comfy, but I'm still looking for the holy grail!
