    Well no idea what I have but just bought what appears to be a signed Denver Broncos 1994 American Football with over 70 signatures on it. These include pat Bowlen, John Beake, Wade Phillips, Tom Nalen etc. I have checked out the names on the team and am able to recogonise quite a few of the signatures. £5 well spent I think.

    Wow! Cool finds everyone, I've not been on here for a while so it's nice to catch up. I'm loving Bibbitybob's finds and BLOG is awesome (I've subscribed!!).

    Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend if it's a long one or not for you. I had a massive smile on my face yesterday, like I was watching a friend getting married!!

    I'm hoping to get to a CBS some time soon but the only good one I know in Nottingham is the one at the racecourse. If anyone knows any others would you mind pointing me in the right direction?!! I won't take all of the good stuff...I'm a good girl and I share! X
    Married in 2016. Bought our first home in 2017. Expecting our first baby in November 2017

    Wish me luck guys, I'm starting volunteering in my local Cancer Research shop tomorrow! I'm really nervous as I've never worked in a shop or used a till before. I had thought I'd be sorting through donations but they are only starting to open on Sundays tomorrow and need someone for the till. It's a long shift, 11 till 5, but I'm OK with it just now as I'm not currently working. I can't see me grabbing any great bargains though - I'll leave that to the rest of you :-)
  • Just caught up with everyone's bargains for the last few weeks, after being on holiday:D

    Am very chuffed today as my vintage french crystal glasses that I bought at a jumble for 50p sold for ALOT more than that yesterday:T.

    Off to a car boot on Monday but to sell rather than buy - I might have a little look round though to see if there are any goodies to be had!

    That's great, good for you! I would love to volunteer for one of our local charity shops but unfortunately work and ferrying kids to endless clubs never seems to leave me enough time.

    Good luck for tomorrow!

    Woke up a bit late this morning so didnt manage to get to the first boot until 9am! I usually go to three on a sunday.

    Didnt seem to get much today, which is a shame because i had high hopes considering i missed last week.

    Todays buys include:

    * Various Rock and Roll vinyls £2 each (i dont usually like paying more than £1 but the seller had a few albums that i hadnt seen before) all in good condition. Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, The Doors etc.
    * Cath Kidston Cherry Blossom Candle brand new £2
    * Sid and Nancy Topshop vest 50p
    * Black Primark Cardigan £1
    * Stripy Primark Cardigan 50p
    * Brand new with tags primark stripy anchor t-shirt/dress £1
    * Primark floral tunic 50p
    * 4 x TY Teddy Beenie Babies (for my mum) £3

    See what i mean about the pickings today! I curse myself for going late, although i hardly saw anyone selling clothes my size (8-10) =[

    Gonna try and go to a bank holiday Monday boot tomorrow if poss! Roll on next weekend =] x
