    If you email CS they can check that you didn't get free delivery and issue a refund - they did that happily for me.

    When they say it's been dispatched it will be instore on the day you select. I picked up my order today without any problems, hope you got yours too.

    I have just had this is an email:

    "Since a promotional certificate or discount was used for this order, your refund reflects the amount paid for the given item(s) after these promotions were applied. Examples of promotions/discounts include Free Shipping, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, 10% off your order, etc."

    So they publish on their website a code for free delivery, but deduct a proportion of what you would have paid from a refund for an item you paid for but didn't get. There's a nice little earner.

  • I have received all my orders, must admit marks and spencers items are fantastic and worth the wait
  • well had selected nominated del for sat 10th oct had email on friday to say despatched and nothings arrived yet, glad had free code for nominated del otherwise would be very annoyed it had arrived on selected date
  • Well thats my parcel just arrived and im delighted 16 items including skirts cardigans and nightwear and I paid £60 so thats my kids rigged out for winter:D

    Hmmm I placed an order early Tuesday 7.10 and nominated today as my delivery day as I knew I'd be in.

    I got an email last night saying that my order was delayed (no reason given) and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered.

    That's quite annoying actually....at least it's just a shedload of knickers for all the females in the family so I can't get too excited or disappointed about it!
  • Well I recieved my 2nd order on Saturday :T

    I've had an email to say my first order (placed Mon evening) has been despatched and the status is despatched on the website - so looking hopefull!?

    However I recieved another email to tell me the order I placed 3 weeks ago (non sale) is going to be delayed again until 22nd Oct (this is an order I recieved a week ago)
    Am going to call Customer Services again and request (again) that they cancel this order!
  • Quite a few items on my order are showing expected delivery 11th November and a few more for 2nd of December:eek: do you think there is much chance of me recieving these?
