I had another phone call yesterday. There was a cancellation so would I like delivery Monday. I said I was going out at 12 so they are doing their best to arrive before then. I am very impressed with their customer service.

update, i rang again today - they said its going to be 2 weeks untill they get the stock from suppliers.

so no 10 day delivery as advertised when i ordered.
they also said that the money gets debited on the day of delivery??

I was expecting some to arrive today; however I've not received any communication from them regarding delivery, nor has any money been debited from my CC.

After reading the other posts, it appears that I don't need to get up and rush to the window everytime I hear a vehicle outside as its not likely to turn up yet...

I've ordered 58 and no garage to put it in :eek:

Did get an email from them stating there is a backlog, like everyone else, so I;m not worried.

Gives me time to sort out the loft and get the extension loft finished

I got 38 rolls and far too much. I expected the rolls to be smaller, but they are the large ones that need cut into 3!!!!!!!!!!!
