I phoned customer service centre. My order is now with branch, there is a big backlog (as you can imagine, 5000 customers ordered in 2 days!).

Just be patient everyone, the branch will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as they get around to you. (and don't take the day off to wait for your 'preferred' delivery date, wait for the phone call confirming delivery date)

Thanks for original post. Received all our rolls first thing today. The rolls are very big and you can't move in our Garage for them. Now got to get everything out the loft so we can get them laid!!

Just called local Build Center, and as already been posted,they have been inundated with orders.
As the orders filter through to local depots,customers will be contacted and given a delivery time.
I requested, on my order, delivery for tomorrow, but I`ve just been told this won`t happen but probably early next week.
The orders are filtering through all the time.
Very heavy demand for this offer.

At least it`ll give me the weekend to clear the loft!

Did it come with the goggles, gloves and masks? It wasn't mentioned in the order confirmation but I remember seeing this in the offer.

Very difficult to get the rolls into the loft as our hatch is narrow and the head room in the loft is pathetic. Had to cut the rolls down. Husband has done part of the loft and itches like mad!! Yes we did get the goggles, gloves and face mask as advertised.

I've just had a call from the local depot, out of stock so no delivery tomorrow. Supplier is also out of stock but I was assured my order would be honoured. I didn't get an email confirmation after I ordered (10.30pm Sunday) so I'm pleased by the phone call.
