I ordered Monday about 3-27pm and did get an email but someone mentioned earlier that telephone orders were cut off at 4pm, and online the next day when the set amount of rolls on offer had been reached.

Nothing taken from bank account yet but showing a £1 difference between balance and "available",so would assume this is BC checking the card.

i ordered at 4.30 monday, i rang local build center today and they confirmed they had my order and would call me when stock arrives, said maybe tomorrow/friday???
i will let you know if and when it arrives.nothing taken from my cc either????

Update on my order for others.
The local branch rang me today, and helpfully explained that the Rockwool rolls are all at central depot and will be sent to store on Monday.
He'll then phone me back on Mon/Tues to arrange delivery for possibly Weds but more likely Thursday. He'll be able to discuss am/pm delivery depending on the van's route to me.
Very helpful service from man on phone, so awaiting next phone call on Mon/Tues.

i rang today too, said he was expecting a delivery today/friday, but it hasnt arrived and told me to ring back on monday.
they have my order details but no stock as yet to send out.
wonder if i will get it within the 10 days as advertised when i ordered????

also no money has been taken from my card.

cash has now gone out of my bank from build centre york im guessing they should then be ringing me early nxt week to confirm delivery as they dnt normally take the money off u till there ready for delivery. does anyone know if they ring the day before delivery or same day?

had email confirmation after ordering ...but no phone call or money taken from bank ...expected it on the 8th will give them a call tommorow to see if it delayed or cancelled
