Just got a call to say can they deliver today - luckily we've got the plasterer here today, so I am at home to take delivery. Just had to sort the garage out to get the 29 rolls in there - just hope they will fit!

BTW, I live in a 3 bed bungalow, not a mansion, hence the large area to cover

Got mine today :j. I was sure I wasn't going to get any.

No one was in so they left it outside the garage - luckily it was all still there when we got home.

Just got to fit it now :eek:

My 21 rolls came this morning. Yay!
They really are big aren't they... oh well that'll be a few weeks spending the evenings laying insulation then.

still waiting for mine, customer services said it was on back order.....was starting to get worried but if its still being delivered I will give it a little longer before giving them anther call

Our 28 rolls came on wednesday, out of the blue no phone call or anything. Dont know how because its only a small garage but we managed to fit all 28 rolls in the garage, there was me, my dad, my mum my brother and 4 year old niece moving them from the top of the drive past the car. we moved them to infront of car and niece rolled them down the drive hehe.

They arent heavy just an awkward kind of length. Dont know why weve got 28 rolls our house isnt that big!!

I've got 30 rolls sitting in the dining room for my loft and 38 in the parents garage for theirs. I'm going to itch like a biatch once I've finished fitting it all!

Also going to insulate the shed to keep it nice and snug.

They called and gave me a day of delivery and I requested a call before they set off so I could be home. The didn't call on the day even though it was printed and hand written on the delly note, I had to lug all 68 rolls from the garden to the storage place at both houses when I got in.

Great deal though!

Same thing happened to me. When I phoned up about the order they said I'll get a call before hand to arrange a suitable time. But this wed I found my order just ditched in my front garden. Just as well it wasnt raining. I honed up to complain and they said they only do drops and dont arrange deliveries.

Anyway, I fitted 11 rolls this morning. Absolute back breaking work. Hardest part is getting up to the edge of the house as the roof slopes in. This stuff just breaks apart as you try to move.

Also, it makes a mess of the house and I'm still itching like crazy although I wore overalls and gloves and just been out of the shower.:mad:

I've received my 24 rolls - they phoned to say it wasn't coming on the date npower quoted and then they phoned on Monday to say it was coming in a couple of hours !!

My brothers arrived without any warning (from a different depot) .....
