Leconfield. No phone call or email at all from them. I've spoken to someone up Driffield way and weat Hull and neither have had theirs yet. They reckon they will get it all out this week (York depot at least).

Received a call from Gillingham Build Centre today to say mine were in. I chose delivery next Monday as is half-term and I am off. Thanks for the tip about the Poundland overall!

Mine's arrived! Took me an hour to shift it from the front garden to the garage round the back, in the rain. Wear gloves - the ends aren't sealed. I didn't and my hands are itchy now. Bag of safety stuff came with it. They are nearer 4 foot high but wont fit sideways in my hatch back.

I can't say that I am very impressed. Ordered mine and put a delivery date three weeks later. Order confirmed and everything. My ONLY day off and I have waited in all day to get nothing. Have even organised someone to lay the stuff. After emailing the only contact address I had on the order, I was given a local depot number to ring (Wolverhampton). The guy there was really harrassed and very understanding and has said that he is also furious as he could not understand how NPower could even suggest delivery dates when they were not communicating with the delivery depots. He has my order and I might get it if they get more stock in about 3 weeks! He has said I should complain because of the inconvenience. Not to mention the fact the money was taken from my account at order stage. Don't think I'll get much joy though.

I called the 0845 no and spoke to a lovely lady this morning. She confirmed they have my order and gave me the local depot number and the Build Centres reference number (I'm guessing their order number). At £1 a roll, I'm happy they have the order and will get it when I get it. No point bursting a blood vessel stressing they have no stocks. We were part of the lucky 5000.
