Anyone in Scotland received theirs, tried phoning branch but just told they have a back log and couldnt say when if I will get them.

I'm in Flintshire. I had my order confirmation saying they'd deliver on the 16th, but nothing turned up. I emailed the address given in the email and so far have had no reply. Looks like I'm going to have to ring them and find out what's going on.

I rang to confirm my order..Bolton out of stock at mo, i have not yet rang Bolton to find out when they will be in stock again.

Also...if anyone had a delivery cost added onto to their order like i did give them a ring and they will remove the extra cost if the order hasnt yet gone through. Some orders didnt go through the N-power account so the delivery cost was added by mistake.

Hi, I stay in Ayrshire and got it all last week. Was delivered from their depo in Ayr. Garage is full of rolls...

Just finished laying my 22 rolls today.
Absolutely backbreaking,hot, sweaty work in a confined space wearing face mask,goggles that were next to useless(steamed up in seconds).
Watching where you tread,watching for cables and pipework.
Never again,a right bl00dy nightmare.
Some of you that missed the offer don`t know how lucky you were.
For those that haven`t laid it yet,good luck,you`ll need it.

Yes, got mine last week from Edinburgh Timber Centre.

Mine arrived unannounced from York this morning. I was hoping for another week or so to clear the loft. They're a bit heavy! and move at some speed down the road in these gales.

i got phone call this morning and they delivered it this afternoon had to store it in next doors garage as didnt think it would be that big ...i got 10 roll ...

driver said folk were refusing them because of the size ....but also said some were selling them on for £5 a roll

The Wrexham Centre has my order and i was told on the 0845 number that they had stock, but didn't get this confirmed when i spk to Wrexham. 01978 354444 yours is probably there too.
