First time I've had a 'closed shop' with either of these, Grass Roots said they'd pay me as I'd had to travel, RE :- I'm still waiting for a reply to a voicemail / email.0 -
Has anyone done work for ukims,if so are they any good.
Hi I used to work for IMS, there was quite a wait to get in, at least 3 months IIRC. The work can be regular. The staff are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately it was not for me as I am in a rural area, and with the travelling, assignments and fuel the pay was not worth it for me. Same story as ABA!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I did my first job for ESA recently. It involved a purchase, postage back to them and a fee. I've been refunded the purchase but not the postage or the fee. Do they usually separate them out? Thought I'd ask here before I query it with them.
I've done one of these for ESA before, and I contacted them as they didn't pay me postage either, they sent me an email saying it was been looked into, the next month it was paid. (If it's to do with photos then you should be fine)0 -
Thanks for your reply.:D Yes, I got the briefing as an attached file but it doesn't include the actual questionnaire. I'm still new to MS and have worked with only a couple of companies but so far I always got questionnaire before shopping. Was wondering if Abai doesn't provide questionnaires in advance...
I accepted one of these today - It is a bit of a hassle but for the questionnaire I started entering random details and printing each page of the questionnaire as I went along (about 4 pages I think). Then when I got to the end, I cancelled everything and it did not save any answers.0 -
im sooo jealous! i applied for all of those too (well the ones for two near me). have a fantastic time!! im off to see a movie on saturday so thats something
Mee too! Seems there is quite a bit of competition for those jobs! Interesting that they allocated them all to the same person though....0 -
School pencils = HB
Don't see why this needs to be secret as it is not the client's name. But am waiting to get shot down!
Sorry to drag up this question again but I have just seen it after reading through about 20 posts after coming back from holiday!
I know what shop this is but can't seem to add it. I have done all the other clients the way described in the OP but for some reason can't add this one. Anyone else had this problem?0 -
Has anyone who lives in London been able to register with GFK recently? I have been trying for two months now but they always say there are no vacancies in my area...0

Hi all, just got back from a lovely non MS day shopping in Norwich, glad I didn't miss out on too many alerts.
I'm making up for it tomorrow though, i've got a burger breakfast, followed by a wine shop in a little town not too far away from me, then off to the beach for a DIY store, a catalogue shop and an underground sandwich for lunch. Then probably the whole afternoon at home writing reports...0 -
Thank you again! The briefing is quite long so I'm going to do some homework before Saturday. It's funny that I'm feeling slightly nervous. I never thought I'd feel like this about shopping at a catalogue shop!:rotfl:
I did one last week and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The good thing is that you can wander in with a 'shopping list' for what you're going to order and then just add notes to it as you go. Everybody else in the shop at the time was writing and scribbling on their notes.
Is it a buy, return and order in? I got the same girl at the checkout every time. Felt like a bit of a fool, but hey, I'm used to it.0 -

Sounds similar to my day tomorrow - two Easterly towns for cataloges and burgers. Hope the sandwich in Yarmouth is better than the three previous ones I've done there!Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!
There are three types of people in the world, those who can add up and those who can't.0
