  • By the same token, Gap give out a bad message to their MSers by encouraging them to lie and getting rid of honest MSers who state that things are bad.

This company only want good reports for this chain so my thinking is, why not give them what they want ? Everyone's a winner.

Again, not ethical and not something I would do personally but times are hard and for those that rely on their MSing work, this could help to ensure they get the money that they work for.

I have done terrible pizza reviews for Gap and never even had a query raised. Hmmm, could be head office were already aware of the issues there (food ok but took way over target time & everyone complaining & getting wrong orders etc.).

I will still do fast food occasionally if I can be bothered/ it suits me but if you accept one they seem to think they can phone you at a moments notice & you'll drop everything at a moments notice to do one 20 miles away.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • I think it's only the burger places that don't like reviews that aren't 100%.

With the burger resturants, the stores can actually score more than 100% according to meeting their target times. So if a site serves you really really quickly, generally sub 1 minute, the store can get 120% scores. Getting scores of 100% or higher is what directly affects the bonuses. This is also why you cant order a fish item, as the service time for those is longer than standard service times.

I did have an argument over a supermarket and unattended cages. They had 3 good reports on the trot and the store manager lost her bonus becuse when I did monthy 4, i found unattended stock cages. They argued it for a month until they gave in and accepted it.

Just spoke to RE - they are aware of problems affecting a batch of users and are working on it, their current advice though to try and get round it -

Switch off any Autofill you have for passwords etc

    Change password sometimes helps

Attempt multiple log ins (6 times in quick succession)

I received an e-mail from them about this the day before I did the shop saying that some people were getting confused and buying a product significantly higher priced and to make sure I brought the one in the blue packet. Was yours blue/turquoise?
In the scenario it says to buy the pharmacy strength product, which is in a yellow packet. So it's not confusion but straight forward incorrect instructions.

They are now saying that they will not pay me as I bought the own brand version (as recommended by their staff). I am objecting but quite hacked off. They really are abysmal to work for. Everything is our fault and they apply no mental reasoning at all. I went into the shop and asked for the product that they told me to ask for, but was recommended a cheaper equivalent. Wouldn't a normal customer go for that? I would do in normal life.
  • I'm doing a posh sandwich job for RE tomorrow. Early time frame and I have to check there is 1 breakfast baguette and at least 4 items in croissanterie.

But I am asked to buy a hot drink and a sandwich, salad or wrap. Now, being early I'd probably like something from the croissanterie like an almond croissant. Has anyone purchased one of these and got paid or MUST it be a sandwich?

I've had sushi from there before and been paid still.:D
